Mark has worked tirelessly since 1991 to gain the support of Federal, Provincial and Municipal politicians and bureaucrats to bring legal, tenured, high-quality floathome living to Victoria and particularly to Westbay. Involved in all facets of Westbay's concept, design and construction, Mark is a hands-on owner -operator. Mark is a lawyer by profession, entrepreneur at heart and a serious student of architecture and design. Accomplishments include: Past President of the Urban Development Institute, (Victoria Chapter) Past President, Maritime Museum of British Columbia Vice-President, Victoria/Esquimalt Harbour Society and Alternate Director, Greater Victoria Harbour Society Esquimalt Police Commissioner Mark is also an avid boater and motorcyclist
