David is the president and founder of White + Burke and leads the firm's Advisory Services.
David is a member of the Green Mountain Bicycle Club and 1K2go racing team, actively involved in masters-level road racing, time trials, and cyclocross. When he is not riding, David spends time with his family, collects and restores vintage road bikes from the '50s-'80s, follows the Formula 1 series, and traces the genealogy of both his and his wife's families. He is an avid snowboarder and is certified as a Level 2 instructor by the American Association of Snowboard Instructors.
Joe is a strong supporter of the arts, having served for many years on the Board of Directors of Burlington City Arts. In his spare time, Joe enjoys skiing, winter and summer hiking, bicycling, kayaking, listening to live music, and watching soccer. Joe and his wife are happy empty-nesters living in Burlington.

Stephanie is passionate about service and works throughout the community to move the needle on issues around equity, financial literacy, higher education, and diversity & inclusion. Stephanie holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from Champlain College. She loves being a "chosen Vermonter" (someone who has chosen to live in VT), enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, and dancing, and spends as much time as possible with her husband and two kids.
