Mrs. Williams has nearly thirty years of oil and gas property accounting and management experience through which she has systematically acquired a broad knowledge of oil and gas leasing, relationships with oil and gas purchasers, revenue distribution and tax reporting.
Mrs. Williams also combines her oil and gas financial background with her skill as a general securities investment professional. Experience across many years in the areas of bank operations, oil & gas accounting/management and Securities sales, with emphasis on retirement funds, mutual funds and other investments has given her distinct advantages in the finance industry with an eye for detail and the ability to gauge today's evolving trends. She is a N.A.S.D. Series 7 Registered Representative, Series 24 General Securities Principal, and a Series 27 Financial Principal.
James R. Spear, PhD., of Houston, Texas. Dr. Spear has 30 years of both international and domestic oil industry experience with majors, independents, and service companies. This experience includes work as a seismic processor, seismic interpreter, geologist, mud logger, exploration manager, president of a consulting firm for geophysical and geological exploration, geophysical manager and as a certified Landmark Graphics instructor.
Dr. Spear has a proven track record of more than 500 wells successfully drilled over his career. Dr. Spear has worked with both 2D and 3D seismic processing and interpretation. He has done basinal studies in geographic locations spanning globally more than forty basins on five continents, with particular emphasis involving basins in Mexico, Andean sub-basins of South America and Gulf Coast basins - in particular, South Texas Burgos Basin. He has worked onshore and offshore basins throughout Latin America, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Gulf of Mexico, both on shelf and deepwater.
Dr. Spear has professional memberships in the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG), American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG), Geological Society of America (GSA), Houston Geological Society (HGS) and the Union of South American Geophysicists.
Dr. Spear has undergraduate degrees in mathematics and physics from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. During active duty with the U.S. Air Force, he completed the two-year Masters degree program in Atmospheric Physics at The College of William and Mary (and VARC). He also holds a Masters degree in Geology and Geophysics and a PhD. in Geophysics from The South Dakota School of Mines, Rapid City, South Dakota.

Mark F. Preddy, Sr. is a "self-taught" oil and gas operator. He began his oil and gas career in 1971 shortly after returning from a tour of duty in the Vietnam War. Over the past thirty-five years he has acquired extensive, hands-on experience drilling, completing and operating oil and gas wells. His keen knowledge of the broad array of production equipment, of the different methods of oil and gas production, and of drilling rigs has prepared him to drill, complete and operate wells during lean as well as prosperous cycles. Mr. Preddy's experience in securities sales began in 1974, primarily in oil and gas investments. He has been an experienced oil and gas operator and manager since 1971.
Mr. Preddy also complements his considerable operational experience with a thorough understanding of the oil and gas investment business. He is an N.A.S.D. Series 7 Registered Representative and holds a Series 7 license. Additionally, Mr. Preddy is a Series 24 General Securities Principal, a Series 27 Financial Principal and a registered Financial and Operational Principal. Today, Mr. Preddy acts as Chairman of Wilcox Operating Corporation. Mr. Preddy also jointly serves as Vice President and Director of Domestic Financial Services.
