Charles E. Wiggin - President

Chuck Wiggin has managed the design, development, construction, leasing, sale, acquisition, financing and operation of many large commercial real estate projects, predominantly in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Boston. He founded Wiggin Properties in 1981 and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Wiggin Properties began as a developer of office buildings. By the mid-1980s it was an active provider of both corporate representation services, and property management and leasing services. In 1985 the company opened its Tulsa office. In the late 1980s and early 1990s the firm served as the manager/leasing agent and subsequently disposition strategist for most of the institutional investors active in Oklahoma. Its services expanded in the 1990s to include repositioning, redevelopment, investment, development, and consulting for a wide range of properties and clients. In 1996 the firm became a founding member of the CORE Network. In 2002 a sister company became certified in the New Markets Tax Credit program, and has since invested five allocations from the CDFI Fund of the US Treasury Department totaling $157 million in projects with a total cost of $343 million. The company has created approximately eighty investment partnerships which have purchased, operated, and in some cases sold office, retail, industrial, and mixed use properties. Wiggin began his business career with Spaulding and Slye in 1973 as a project manager in its home office in Boston. As Senior Vice President of Development, he managed the firm's development activities in suburban Boston and later, as Southwest Regional Manager, its development, construction, brokerage and management activities in Oklahoma City. Wiggin was a founder of Oklahoma City's Commercial Real Estate Council, a chapter president of NAIOP, a founding sponsor of the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute, and an alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma City and Leadership Oklahoma. He has also served as a director of InterBank, Advanced Instruments, the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, the Oklahoma City Philharmonic Foundation and Affiliated Fund, the Friends of the Oklahoma History Center, the Downtown OKC Business Improvement District, and Downtown OKC Inc. He has been active in numerous other civic and cultural organizations, serving as President of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, Chairman of the Rotary Club 29 Foundation and Oklahoma's Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic of Germany. A graduate of Harvard College, Wiggin has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from Harvard Law School, and has served as a regional director of the Harvard Alumni Association.

David A. Huffman

From 1976 to 2023 Mr. Huffman has been active in the marketing, leasing, sales, investment and development of commercial real estate. In 1999, Mr. Huffman and Mr. Wiggin merged their two companies, Property Resource Group, LLC. and Wiggin Properties Inc. to form Wiggin Properties, LLC. Fifteen years later, Mr. Huffman sold his ownership interest in the company and retired from his primary role as Brokerage Division Manager. Today, Mr. Huffman serves as an advisor to a limited client base, including the company's Investment Division. Between 1982 and the merger with Wiggin, Mr. Huffman was the principal owner and Manager of Property Resource Group, a commercial real estate management and brokerage company that managed properties for Spaulding and Slye, a Boston based development company. Prior to forming Property Resource Group Mr. Huffman was employed by Inovest Inc, Spaulding & Slye, and The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority. Mr. Huffman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Studies from Southern Methodist University in 1975. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM ) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1993. Mr. Huffman is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City and has been actively involved in many industry and community organizations, including serving as President of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City, Young Men's Dinner Club, Children's Hospital Foundation, Oklahoma City Golf & Country Club, and the Boys & Girls Club of Oklahoma County.

Debbie Whitacre - VP

John Powell Walker

John Powell Walker joined Wiggin Properties at the beginning of 2013 as an Analyst and Assistant Property Manager. He supports the company ™s asset and investment team by providing valuable analysis for our clients. His expertise includes investment analysis, asset management, construction, property management, and real estate investment in the Oklahoma City area. He has completed numerous pro-formas with spreadsheet and statistical software packages to provide insight on financial data, identify trends, develop forecasts, and measure financial risks associated with making a particular investment decision. Prior to joining Wiggin Properties, John Powell was a Project Estimator and Assistant Construction Manager with Maccini Construction Company where he was successfully awarded competitive bidding contracts and performed cost savings analysis for clients. John Powell is an Oklahoma City native. He graduated from Casady School and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master ™s Degree in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University, where he was nominated to the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society. Kurt Griffith

Kurt Griffith joined Wiggin Properties in 2008 as Director of Accounting. He is currently responsible for the oversight of all accounting, banking, and cash management activities for over 1,400,000 sf of commercial properties and multiple partnership entities. Supervising a staff of three other accountants, and working with administrative staff in each of the divisions of Wiggin Properties, Griffith ™s responsibilities include preparation of monthly financial reports for each of the business lines, job costing, budget analysis, and payroll, including all associated government reporting. In addition, he oversees all tax filings and audit functions and serves as compliance manager for new markets tax credits and historic tax credits. Earning his CPA in 1998, Griffith worked for Engelbach Roberts & Co, CPAs, and PricewaterhouseCoopers for a combined seven years specializing in corporate tax and financial auditing. Prior to working for Wiggin Properties, Griffith was the Director of Finance at Every Tribe Entertainment, a local film production company, for four years. He and his wife have two children and live in Yukon , Oklahoma. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Griffith enjoys water skiing, yard work and doing various improvement projects in and around his home. Griffith is a member of the American Institute of CPA ™s as well as the Oklahoma Society of CPA ™s. He received his BBA in Accounting, Finance, and Banking from Oklahoma Baptist University in 1997, where he was a member of the Delta Mu Delta honor society.

Lesli Leggett - VP

As the Vice President of Property Management, Lesli Leggett is responsible for overseeing the management of more than 1.6 million square feet of office, retail, medical, mixed-use residential and industrial space in three states. In this position, she oversees the administration, operation, and management of properties for Wiggin Properties ™ clients. Her responsibilities include operational management for cash flow and long-term investment returns, hands-on asset management including capital expenditure planning and supervision of tenant and capital improvement projects, tenant relations and marketing. Lesli has more than 20 years of experience managing commercial properties. She first joined Wiggin Properties in 1992 as an assistant property manager, working on six suburban office buildings. In 1998 she moved to Denver, where she worked for Equity Office Properties and managed the marketing and leasing budgets for assets totaling 11 million square feet. She rejoined Wiggin Properties in 2004, as Senior Property Manager and was promoted to her current position in 2015. Leggett is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in business administration. Matt Ralls

Matt Ralls is a key broker on the Wiggin Properties Brokerage Team. He serves as the lead broker for leasing of more than 500,000 SF of office and medical office space in the Oklahoma City market. He has been named a Quarterly Costar Power Broker multiple times and recognized for several transactions. Matt leverages his experience in banking, acquisitions, property preservation and strategic planning to help clients acquire and market property for lease or sale. Paul Bush

Paul Bush is part of Wiggin Properties' Retail and Office team responsible for helping tenants and owners with their leasing and expansion plans. Paul also assists the Stewart-Patterson team in leasing and selling affiliated and non-affiliated retail, land and office properties in the greater Tulsa metro area. Paul Selid - EVP

Paul Selid joined Wiggin Properties in 2014 to focus on investments, and since that time, his role has expanded to include oversight of development, acquisitions, asset/property management, and information systems. He is responsible for identifying, underwriting, and structuring commercial property investments on behalf of its clients. Since joining Wiggin Properties, he has been responsible for the historic rehabilitation of the Tulsa Palace building in downtown Tulsa and the redevelopment of the former Oklahoma City/Oklahoma County Health Department building into the new Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner's Office. Prior to relocating to Oklahoma, Selid spent more than 25 years in various leadership and asset management roles for large property owners and operators, beginning with Hall Financial Group in Dallas, TX, NHP in Washington, DC, and Equity Residential in Columbus, Ohio, where he served as Divisional President of their Lexford Division. He has been responsible for more than $500 million in property and portfolio transactions involving both private entities and publicly traded companies, many of which involved tax-advantaged structures. Selid has designed and managed capital improvement projects to reposition individual assets and comprehensive multi-year programs involving dozens of properties in ten states. As a portfolio manager, he has been accountable to public company boards, university endowment funds, private investors, and limited partner groups involving thousands of investors in hundreds of entities.
