Charles earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida in August 1989. He has been working in public accounting since graduating from college.Charles, was granted his CPA license from the State of Florida in November 1993.
Charles has over 16 years of tax and accounting experience providing high quality, proactive and personalized service to a wide variety of clients ranging from individuals to small and mid-size companies in various industries. Charles' background in public accounting gives him a unique perspective into the financial, tax and business needs of owners.

Mark A. Wilkinson, CPA has over 30 years experience in public accounting, providing accounting, tax consulting, estate planning and management advisory services for individuals and small business in a variety of industries. He earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Florida State University and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida in 1981.
Mark spent 8 years with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Subsequently, Mark was a partner with the local accounting firm of Hartman, Blitch & Gartside for 11 years. In 2002, Mark started Wilkinson, Garrard & Clements CPA's.
Mark is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Small Business Resource Network, The Southside Business Men's Club, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Crossroads United Methodist Church, Jacksonville Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mark was the U.S. Small Business Administration's Small Business Accounting Advocate of the Year in 1997.
