Chuck has over 40 years experience in the transportation industry. He has worked in all facets of the business - managing both union and non-union personnel as well as company and owner-operator relationships. For the past 13 years at Wilson's Truck Lines Inc., Chuck has managed safety compliance, accident Investigation/claims, driver training and on-boarding.
Dave has been with Wilson's since 2000. He was instrumental in creating Wilson's IT department. With a formal education in Electronics Engineering, Dave's early career included all aspects of sourcing, purchasing, component level repair and servicing of computer equipment with a leading national computer maintenance enterprise. Dave has also been involved with the ground level implementation of computerized dispatch software for some of Canada's prominent carriers before joining Wilson's. Dave's key role continues to be the development and maintenance of leading edge technology that allows Wilson's Truck Lines to effectively communicate internally and with customers... in real time.
James views the transportation costs incurred by their food distribution clients as an expense better managed by a third party specialist like Wilson's. The company's dedicated fleet model brings a higher level of execution, flexibility and resources to manage their customers' distribution requirements. James has a hands-on management philosophy and is accessible by his team leaders 24/7. His key role is assessing clients' volumes, schedules and concerns on a daily basis and setting up the necessary resources, pro-actively.
Over the years, Paul Del Duca has had a close working relationship with the Wilson Group of Canadian Companies. He joined Wilson's Truck Lines Inc. to oversee future growth and lead a new management team. Paul brings a positive, passionate, knowledgeable leadership approach to Wilson's.
Paul Del Duca, has an extensive, successful background, with over 45 years experience in Food Distribution and Retailing. Most recently, Paul was Senior Vice President, Fresh at Walmart Canada where he led the rapid growth and development of their Fresh Foods business since 2014. Previously he held the position of General Manager at Sobeys Ontario, overseeing the Sobeys, Urban Fresh and Foodland businesses. Paul began his career at A&P Canada, where he spent 32 years advancing through the organization to Senior Executive Leadership roles responsible for Merchandising, Warehousing and Distribution. He has served as a member of the board of directors of Electronic Commerce Council for Canada (ECCNET), United Grocers Inc., Grocery Industry Foundation...Together (G.I.F.T.) and the Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors.
