Clark's tenure with Wilson Bank began in October 1995 as a mortgage lender, and later moved to the Watertown office as an assistant manager. In the years prior to being named Chief Operations Officer, he also served as an office manager and regional president. Clark is a graduate of MTSU, Southeastern School of Banking, and The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Clark is a deacon at First Baptist Church in Alexandria, and board Chairman for United Way of Wilson County and the Upper Cumberland. He is also a Leadership Wilson Alumni and involved with Rotary International and Gideons International.
Clint joined the Board in 2019 and brings experience as a salesman and business owner. His years of experience in the building industry including management, human resources, sales, marketing and advertising allows him to provide the Board of Directors with a wide range of valuable expertise.

Elmer remained on the Board in 2018 after serving as the bank's President. He brings experience as a banker and is a valued community leader who is actively involved

A tenured executive, Gary has helped lead Wilson Bank & Trust's lending arm since 1997. Following the loss of his wife Sherry to colon cancer in 2004, Gary helped found Sherry's Run, a charitable organization that provides financial support for those affected by cancer. Since its inception, the non-profit has provided more than $4,000,000 in assistance to area cancer patients and their families.

After joining Wilson Bank in 1998, John worked as a commercial lender and then a branch manager. He later returned to the Main Office in a lending role, and eventually served as a regional president before succeeding Elmer Richerson as president in 2018 and Randall Clemons as CEO in 2020.
John began his banking career at the Wilson Bank & Trust Gladeville office in 1998, and eventually worked his way up to manager there. In 2011 he joined the Main Office team, where he's served in various lending and executive management roles. John has served as chairman of the Wilson County Fellowship of Christian Athletes and as a board member with United Way of Wilson County. He's a deacon at Gladeville Baptist Church and a graduate of Leadership Wilson.

Lisa joined Wilson Bank & Trust as an assistant cashier in 1987. She served in a number of accounting-related roles prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in the early 2000s, and was promoted to executive vice president in 2017. Lisa is one of the original members of the Wilson Bank team, following Randall Clemons from People's Bank in 1987 to work in the converted 2- bedroom house that served as WBT's office for its first eight months.
Mike brings business experience in the transportation and paving industry. His experience and knowledge of businesses allows him to offer business insight to the Board of Directors on a wide range of matters impacting the Company's operations.
Randall remained on the Board after his retirement as WBT's founding CEO in 2019. He brings valuable experience as a banker and is a community leader that is actively involved in a number of community activities.

Scott joined Wilson Bank & Trust as a collections officer in October 1997. Prior to being named executive vice president of retail banking, he had served as a loan officer, office manager, regional president and senior vice president of retail banking. Scott has earned industry diplomas from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU; the Southeastern School of Banking; the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit; the Southeastern Schools of Commercial Lending and Advanced Commercial Lending; and the Tennessee Bankers Leadership Academy.

Taylor joined Wilson Bank & Trust in 2012, with 16 years in the financial industry, to lead efforts in opening WBT's Hendersonville location. Since then, has served in several bank leadership roles including Sumner County Market Leader before becoming Executive Vice President Chief Credit Officer. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, the Southeastern School of Consumer Credit, and the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending. Walker is also a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking and LSU's Graduate School of Banking.
Taylor is a family man and enjoys being involved in his kids afterschool activities. He also enjoys cooking family dinners every Sunday and claims to make a "mean baked ziti".
