Colon Hydrotherapy/Irrigation is a warm internal bath. The colon is an extremely important organ and essential for good health. Situated in the abdomen and forming the final part of the digestive processes and elimination. Warm filtered water is introduced into the bowel which helps to remove gases, faeces and other undigested products to alleviate bloating and symptoms of IBS/constipation. Confidentiality, dignity and privacy is maintained throughout... A first treatment will involve taking a case history, thereafter an explanation of the procedure and what is involved during the treatment. Your well-being is monitored throughout, there is no need for any special measures before the treatment but ideally it is best to have taken a light meal.
