Winston is responsible for the overall sales & sales strategy for the company.
Winston has more than 26 years of multi-disciplined working experience which span a broad spectrum of industries; from Manufacturing to Engineering, from BPO to IT.
Winston has held various key positions in large MNCs and SMEs and his experience covers Software Development, System Engineering, Project Management, Strategic Alliance, Sales and Business Development.
He has been involved in alliance/ partnership management and contract management on both local and regional basis. In his previous engagements, he has forged partnerships with companies in responding to projects of varying size and magnitude, with some exceeding S$100M.
Winston graduated with an overseas degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University (Australia).

Mr. Chang is currently the Chairman of WizVision. Mr Chang was appointed President of Singapore Technologies Electronics Limited's Software Systems Group on 1 July 2010. This group comprises ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems) Pte Ltd (STEE-InfoSoft) and ST Electronics (Training & Simulation Systems) Pte Ltd (STEE-T&S). He was also President / General Manager of STEE-InfoSoft from 1997 to December 2013.
Mr. Chang graduated from the then University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) in 1978. He completed his Masters in Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration in the National University of Singapore in 1982 and 1984 respectively and attended the Stanford-NUS Executive Program.
Mr. Chang served in the Defence Science Organisation/MINDEF and Data General Singapore before joining Singapore Technologies. He held various senior management positions in Singapore Computer Systems Ltd from 1987 to 1996. In 1997, Mr. Chang was transferred to ST Electronics (Info-Software Systems), (formerly known as SES) serving as its General Manager and then President in 2002. The company has about 2,000 staff specialising in the implementation of ICT solutions in C4I, homeland security, e-government/e-enterprise, shared services and data centre solutions.
Mr. Chang is a Senior Member of the Institution of Engineers (Singapore) and a Senior Member of the Singapore Computer Society. He serves as Chairmanof ST Electronics' IT Steering Committee, ST Electronics (eServices), ST Electronics (Data Center Solutions), ST Electronics (Wuxi), COMAT and the Industry Advisory Committee (ICT) of the Singapore Institute of Technology.
Mr. Chang also serves on the Boards of the Centre for Quantum Technologies (National University of Singapore), ST Electronics (Info-Comm Systems) and INFA Systems.

Mr. Lim is executive director of Forthavens Pte Ltd which manages investments in real estate and financial instruments.
Prior to joining Forthavens Pte Ltd, Mr. Lim was an Associate at HSBC Global Investment Banking covering transactions in the Telecoms & Media, Real Estate and Consumer sectors in South East Asia.
Mr. Lim graduated as Valedictorian of Class of 2004 from Singapore Management University (SMU) with summa cum laude (highest honours) in Bachelor of Business Management (Finance Major) and Bachelor of Accountancy.

Mr. Lim joined Wizvision as Chief Executive Officer on 01 Jan 2023. He has been serving on the Wizvision Board of Directors since 2020 and concurrently in the Exco since 2021. He will be responsible to provide leadership, strategy and cohesion for Wizvision between all stakeholders as Wizvision continues to strive towards excellence and innovation in all aspects of our operation and services.
Mr. Lim Wee Kiat graduated with a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University in 2004 and is registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
He is currently serving as Director for Fort Simsway, Propertymegamart Pte Ltd and S.H.Lim Architects Pte Ltd which manages investment in real estate and consultancy in property development. He is also serving as a member in the NSRCC S&R and Redevelopment Committees.
Mr. Lim Wee Kiat graduated with a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University in 2004 and is registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
He is currently serving as Director for Propertymegamart Pte Ltd and S.H.Lim Architects Pte Ltd which manages investment in real estate and property management and is involved in a wide array of public and private architectural projects respectively.

Prior to 1Citadel, Hian Leong was the Managing Director & Director Technology of GIC Pte Ltd, the sovereign wealth fund company of Singapore, for almost 18 years. He retired from GIC on 31 May 2017.
During his tenure, Hian Leong was overall in-charge of GIC's global IT and operations across 10 major cities in the world. He was also the Chair of GIC's Global Business Continuity Management Committee.
Prior to GIC, Hian Leong worked for the Systems and Computer Organisation, Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) Singapore for almost 14 years and held various senior IT management positions.
Hian Leong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master in Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma in Computing Technology and a Bachelor in Engineering (Hons). He also completed the Stanford Executive Programme at Stanford University USA.

Raymond is currently the Managing Director of JLB Alliance Pte Ltd, a corporate finance advisory firm in Singapore. He brings more than 24 years of experience in operations and management, of which 17 years within the technology sector. Raymond led efforts in digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions, corporate planning, business operations, and international business expansion within the technology, built environment, real estate, retail, distribution and logistics & fulfilment sectors.
​Prior to joining JLB Alliance, Raymond was the COO of Boustead Projects Ltd, and held various roles in TeleChoice International Ltd, SIA Engineering Company Ltd, KPMG Corporate Finance Pte Ltd, Infocom-Media Development Authority, ST Electronics (Info-software systems) Pte Ltd and Squire Mech Pte Ltd.
Raymond is a Senior Member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore, a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Master of Science in Applied Finance from the Singapore Management University, and Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.

Mr. Na is overall responsible for presales, technical solutioning and providing support for our projects. Mr. Na first joined WizVision in 2004 and has been involved with numerous tenders and projects over his 17-year stint with the company.

Mrs. Lim-Tan Suat Hua graduated in 1972 with a Bachelor of Architecture from National University of Singapore. She is a Managing Director and Chairman of S H Lim Architects Pte Ltd and a group of Investment Companies and Property Development Companies. She was a Director of a Publicly-Listed Company, Asiamedic Pte Ltd. She was one of the founder members of Asia HealthPartners Pte Ltd and also one of the two founder members of Singapore HealthPartners Pte Ltd (now known as Farrer Group Company Pte Ltd), developer for a 20-Storey Hospital, Medical Suites and Hotel Complex and was the Executive Director from Year 2007-2010.
Since 1977, Mrs. Suat Hua has been actively involved in Community, Education and Social Works. She was a Council Member of Singapore Institute of Architects, Member of Development Control and Building Plan Approval Committee (Ministry of National Development), Chairman of Raffles Institution/Raffles Junior College Parents Association, Board Member of Raffles Institution, President of Lioness Club of Singapore Katong, Lioness Associate of all Lioness Clubs of Singapore, Member of Tampines East Citizens' Consultative Committee, Member of Investigation Committee & Examiner of Professional Practical Examination (Board of Architects, Singapore) and Member of Tanjong Katong Girls' School Advisory Committee.

Professor Loh Han Tong is the Deputy President (Technical Development) of Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT). Prior to this, Professor Loh was the university's Deputy President (Academic) and Provost, and he was instrumental in steering the strategic development of SIT's first degree programmes and the transformation of the overseas degree programmes into SIT-overseas partners' joint programmes.
Professor Loh was a Colombo Plan Scholar, who graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Engineering from University of Adelaide, Australia in 1979. He went on to obtain his Masters of Engineering from NUS in 1985 and his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, United States of America in 1989 under the NUS Overseas Postgraduate Scholarship.
Prior to joining SIT, Professor Loh spent over 30 years as an academic staff in the Mechanical Engineering Department at the National University of Singapore (NUS). During his 30-year tenure with NUS, he held several academic leadership positions, including Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Deputy Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Director of Education in the Design Technology Institute Limited and Director of Bachelor of Technology Programme (BTech Programme) in the Faculty of Engineering. He also has been a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University and a Fellow of the Singapore MIT Alliance. Professor Loh's research interest is in the area of product design through computer technologies. He has more than 80 publications in internationally refereed journals and has 2 patents to his name.
Professor Loh is active in community service. He was the Chairman of the Moulmein Watten Neighbourhood Committee, a member of the Moulmein Constituency Citizen Consultative Committee, Vice Chairman of Moulmein-Kallang GRC NC Task Force and part of the 1st PA NC Coordinating Council. For his outstanding service to the Moulmein Constituency, Professor Loh was awarded the Commendation Service Award in 2008 and the Merit Service Award by People's Association in 2013.
