Kathi Whalen is a member of NALS (National Association of Legal Staffing) and has also earned her California Accredited Counselor Certificate and is an active member of the California Association of Personnel Consultants. She is also a member of the Ventura County and Santa Barbara Bar Associations, Ventura County Legal Assistants Association, the Santa Barbara Paralegal Association, and the Ventura County and Santa Barbara Legal Secretaries Associations. Kathi is the "go to source" for all legal placement in the 805 community. A frequent speaker at the UCSB Paralegal program, and the ALA Association of Legal Administrators, Kathi is an expert regarding the regional climate for jobs in the legal community.
