Ms. Oliveria has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, including senior roles at John Hancock and Chubb Tempest Life Re, working with a broad range of life insurance and reinsurance product lines. As a Chair of BILTIR (Bermuda International Life Insurers and Reinsurers) and a Director of ABIC (Association of Bermuda International Companies), she actively advocates for the Bermuda business community and its growing life reinsurance sector. Ms. Oliveria holds Bachelors and Master's degrees in Mathematics from Boston University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Todd Lawrence is a seasoned financial professional with 25 years of experience that includes insurance, reinsurance, mortgages, retail lending, deposits and wealth management. Prior to joining ivari in August 2017, Todd was the Senior Vice President, Insurance and Product Analytics at CIBC, and the President & CEO of the CIBC Life Insurance Company Limited. Todd has also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Mortgages and Lending, and the Senior Vice President of Deposits within CIBC Retail and Business Banking.
