Kimberly deCastro - CEO, President

Job Titles:
  • CEO
  • PRESIDENT
A native of Santa Fe, Kimberly founded Wildflower International Ltd. from her daughter's bedroom in 1991. Her goal was to create a company based on honesty and integrity and to foster an environment of balance between work and home for everyone. Groomed by its first major contract for the Department of Energy, Wildflower is now the first-class federal contractor that Kimberly always knew it could be. Her non-conventional approach is the cornerstone of the company's success. It's reflected in everything from the company's branding to its day to day operations and leaves Wildflower open to fresh ideas. In her free time, Kimberly can be found working in her garden and tending to her chickens. In 1998 she was honored by the Department of the Interior with a national award for "Land Stewardship and Development" for her restoration of local wetlands. Her efforts stretched across 5,000 acres to improve the environment for wildlife and people alike. Kimberly sees success as her personal responsibility - for Wildflower, for our local communities, and our customers.

Do you think you'd be a good fit for the Wildflower Corporate Culture? Drop us a line. Scott joined Wildflower in 2017 as an Army Account Executive working the globe from the Greater Seattle Area where he was born, raised and attended Washington State and Western Washington Universities. After years in the private sector, Scott's focus turned to technology, working with SIP Trunking, MPLS and Hosted VOIP with XO Communications and Mitel, then to the world of Application Delivery Control and Network Security at F5 Networks, and as a Storage Specialist supplying the Department of Defense. After Scott's initial stint as an Account Executive at Wildflower, he moved to the role of Business Unit Director for DOD. As EVP, he now manages Wildflower's entire portfolio. Coming from a family of home builders, he spends his free time on projects around the house, tending the garden, struggling to learn 4th grade math (going on 5th grade!) so he can help his daughter, and thinking about playing golf.
