WINE AND SPIRITS LAW

The Digest of Wine & Spirits Law was first compiled and offered to the industry in 1991 by Mary Kramer of M. J. Kramer & Associates. It quickly became an industry standard, fondly referred to as "the Red Books." Mary continued to develop The Digest and update it quarterly until she retired in 2018. Compliance Service of America (CSA), a well-respected compliance company and long-time Digest subscriber, is now the publisher of The Digest.
