Curtis H. Campbell

President of Wallace H. Campbell & Co., where he has worked since 1993, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm's core businesses and responsible for new business development. In addition to these duties, Mr. Campbell specializes in commercial brokerage (leasing and sales) and real estate tax assessment appeal work. His particular brokerage emphasis has centered on lease brokerage for healthcare related clients; however Mr. Campbell has transacted hundreds of general office, retail, industrial and land leases. He has also been very successful in assisting a wide array of clients in reducing real estate taxes for many varying types of real estate including Medical tax exemptions and affordable LIHTC projects. Attended the Gilman School in Baltimore and is a 1993 graduate of Washington College, where he earned a B.A. degree in business management, concentrating in marketing and corporate finance. He is a licensed real estate broker through the State of Maryland and a current member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. Mr. Campbell attained his CPM® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2002, attained the GRI® designation from the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors in 2012. Mr. Campbell is a lifelong resident of Baltimore City and supports numerous local charities and civic organizations.

Recently joining the Wallace H. Campbell & Co. leadership team, Jack spent ten years leading various departments of Exelon, a fortune 100 Energy company. Jack has many years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain and general operations. Prior to leaving Exelon, and among other successful endeavors, Jack developed and led a cost cutting initiative which reduced Baltimore Gas & Electric's O&M by $22M per year, allowing for much needed capital infrastructure investment. Jack's expertise is in driving consistent and effective operational results while maintaining a focus on a healthy bottom line. Jack is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of George Washington University (2005), majoring in Finance and a member of many honor societies. After three years leading the operations for a local Maryland business, Jack went back to school to earn his MBA at Georgetown University (2011) where he simultaneously developed and led an initiative for PayPal to standardize their consumer marketing process. Jack is an active member of the board of directors for the Parks & People Foundation where he serves as Board Chairman, on the Finance committee and founded and chairs the Major Projects Approval Committee. The Parks & People Foundation works to unite and strengthen Baltimore City's communities through green spaces and outdoor education.
