Beth Anne is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she assists Attorney Harlan Wood. She is a native of North Carolina, and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill, and also has a Paralegal Certificate from UGA Center for Legal Studies. Beth Anne has worked as a paralegal for 10+ years, and has worked at WCM since 2016. She is the proud mom of a lovely and amazing 20 year old daughter who is attending SCAD. She enjoys reading, hiking, snow-shoeing, art, music, film and the sea. Fun Fact: Beth Anne is the only fully remote member of our firm.

Brian W. Craig

Brian W. Craig is an Atlanta based attorney specializing in representing those who have been injured by the negligence of others. Brian strives to serve his clients through his thorough understanding of the law, work ethic, and personal approach to each case. His promptness and communication with each individual has led to a client base of both personal and business referrals. Brian's extensive courtroom experience in personal injury enables him to obtain higher settlement values. Gigi is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she assists Attorney Leigh Bond. Gigi is a native of Panama, and she is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has worked at WCM since 2020, and started working here the day that the COVID-19 pandemic was declared a global pandemic. Gigi enjoys good food, music, traveling, and time with her family and friends. Fun Fact: Gigi is learning to snowboard.

Harlan H. F. Wood

Harlan H. F. Wood is a trial lawyer specializing in representing the injured. Mr. Wood started his law career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Blue Ridge Judicial Circuit. There, he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. In addition to nearly 100 jury trials, Mr. Wood handled countless motions and hearings that accompany a case. Through this practice Mr. Wood learned the art of advocating for those victimized. The transition from criminal practice to civil practice was both natural and seamless-the major change being the applicable statute. In civil practice Mr. Wood advocates for those who are victims of negligence, and his more than twenty years of courtroom experience serves his clients well. Mr. Wood is a retired U. S. Army Judge Advocate. His military career spanned 24 years, the last 15 of which were as a military lawyer (JAG). He has the added experience of representing clients in various military courtroom settings. While military rules of evidence differ from state rules, advocacy is honed through experience, and Harlan's diverse experiences as a lawyer offer a unique perspective in Harlan's representation of clients. Harlan, his wife Elizabeth, and their dog Tallulah live in Ormewood Park in Atlanta.

John Schultz

John Schultz joined our firm after working for a prominent civil defense firm under the helm of a former president of the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. He has extensive experience on how insurance companies and corporations value and strategize cases and a thorough understanding of what strategic decisions result in the best outcome for his clients. During John's time as a defense attorney, his primary focus was on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases - which ranged from motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability claims. John brings this experience to our team and is dedicated to maximizing your recovery should you have suffered injury from the negligence of a corporation or person. John is a Georgia native and avid outdoorsman. He comes from a large family - most of whom are medical professionals. When not practicing law, John enjoys fishing, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and traveling to remote areas of the world. He also enjoys taking GoPro and drone videos of his adventures (see the "Personal" tab for some of John's videos taken in Norway and skiing).

Judi Craig

Judi is our "Firm Mom" at Wood Craig Miller, and she oversees the running of the firm, hiring staff, and functions as the head of human resources. She has worked at WCM since 2012. She is originally from Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia. Judi has a huge philanthropic heart and enjoys supporting charities, especially those involving animals and needy individuals. She loves travel, and is the mom of managing partner Brian Craig, and wife of senior partner Blair Craig. Fun Fact: Judi is a big hugger. Anybody who comes to our office can expect a hug from Judi!

Karen Slater

Karen is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she assists both Attorneys John Schultz and Brian Craig. She also runs the firm's social media and marketing. Originally from West Virginia, Karen has a BA from Emory University, a Paralegal degree from the National Center for Paralegal Training, and an MA from American University. She has more than 20+ years of paralegal experience and previously ran her own social media business. She has worked at WCM since 2022. Karen is the proud mom of two amazing kids, and two wonderful step-kids. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, travel, reading, home décor projects, and cuddling with her fat kitty. She supports both Furkids and KidsBoost. Fun Fact: Karen's mother was once offered 100,000 camels for her hand in marriage. (Her mom couldn't figure out what she would do with even one camel in West Virginia.)

Latosha Giles

Latosha is a senior litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she assists Attorney Brian Craig. Latosha has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Athens Technical College, a BS in Criminal Justice from Georgia State, a Masters in Justice and Security from University of Phoenix, and all but her dissertation as a Doctor of Philosophy, Public Policy and Administration at Walden University, AND she aspires to attend law school in the future! Her duties include attorney support, case file management, scheduling, legal document drafting and processing, e-filing, and client relations. She has worked as a paralegal for 5+ years and has worked at WCM since 2019.

Leigh Creighton Bond

Attorney Leigh Creighton Bond was born and raised in Decatur, Georgia. She graduated from the DeKalb School of the Arts. She then became a "double dawg" after obtaining both her undergraduate and law degree from The University of Georgia and The University of Georgia School of Law.

Monica Lam

Monica is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she assists Attorney Brett Miller and has worked at WCM since 2020. She was born in Puerto Rico, raised in Miami, FL, and moved to Georgia in 2004. She has an Associates Degree at Miami Dade College and is near completing her BA at Georgia State University, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior to working at WCM, Monica worked as a victim advocate and probation officer for 8 years. Monica is a social butterfly but also a homebody. She can't stand messes, and she loves to dance. She is married with two children and has three dogs, but has also had golden macaws, ferrets, turtles and hamsters as pets. Her family aims to be trilingual, speaking English, Spanish and Cantonese. Fun Fact: Monica's favorite color is pink, and if she could, she would live in a Barbie House where everything is pink and glittering with gold.

Roshni Patel

Roshni optimizes client services from the initial intake process through resolution, for both pre-lit and litigation cases. She has 6+ years' experience as a paralegal and has worked at WCM since 2022. She is a native of Georgia and graduated from Georgia State University with a BS in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new foods, and traveling. Fun Fact: Roshni's goal is to travel to all 50 states.

Attorney Sara Landeryou joined Wood Craig Miller in 2017. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sara worked as a paralegal in the fields of personal injury, criminal defense, and family law and in the court system with juvenile delinquency and truancy. joined Wood Craig Miller in 2017. Shawn Jackson-Brown

Shawn is a senior litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she assists both Attorneys Blair and Brian Craig. She has worked at WCM since 2018, and she is also part of the administrative team and corrals all the other paralegals and support staff. Shawn is a native of Georgia and a graduate of State University of West Georgia and Shorter College. Shawn is a mom of two biological children and a bonus mom to four step-children. In her spare time, Shawn enjoys spending time with her family and creating memories. She volunteers as a Team Mom for her son's football team, and she supports battered women and children's homeless shelters. Fun Fact: Shawn was a hair model and was featured in "Upscale" Magazine in 2008.
