Abbe is an exceptional leader who knows how to motivate highly diverse teams to achieve success. Abbe enjoys playing with her hound dogs, reading historic fiction, exploring new restaurants, and being terrible at golf. She's also been known to host regular virtual happy hours during pandemics.

Andrew G.M. Blysak

Andy has a total quality approach to serving clients. He provides creative solutions while consistently exceeding client expectations. In the role of Director of Quality, Andy is responsible for planning, developing and directing the QA/QC policies, programs, and initiatives across the entire company. His determined, can-do spirit can be seen outside of work as well. An avid cyclist, Andy once used his biking background to raise more than $13,000 for cancer research. When he's not burning up the roads, Andy is probably officiating a high school wrestling match, an activity he's been involved in for more than 25 years.

Connie C. Burnette

Connie is an expert not only in all things HR but also on the fine details of being a successfully managed Employee-Owned company. She has been recognized as Plan Administrator of the Year for her oversight of the company's 401K plan which has over 95% employee-owner participation. Connie makes sure our employee-owners understand the great benefits we offer and the unique ownership culture we strive to create. In her spare time, Connie loves spending time with her grandchildren and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies. She also enjoys traveling to tropical locales and reading good novels - ideally doing both at the same time.

David A. Nardi - VP

Dave is the classic example of a Project Manager who brings a vast amount to technical expertise to the clients he serves. He is incredibly humble and service oriented, focusing on his clients and fellow team members before ever having a thought about himself.

Dennis W. Knight - Chairman

Dennis effectively embraces the chance to lead in any area. A civil engineer by training, he currently leads both the Buildings and Water Resources groups in the company's headquarters in Lynchburg. Dennis' steady and thoughtful approach strongly conveys a contagious "we can do this" mindset to both our clients and our employee-owners. In his spare time, Dennis travels far and wide to cheer on his two daughters in competitive long-distance running (high school and college). He also enjoys gardening, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

G. Keith Thompson

Keith wears many hats including project manager, technical subject matter expert, discipline lead, client relationship manager, and "coach" to anyone who has had the opportunity to work with him. He works tirelessly to both mentor internal staff and meet the needs of our clients. In his spare time, Keith can often be found coaching youth athletics including baseball, basketball, soccer, and martial arts. He also enjoys spending time with his family, cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, and smoking barbeque.

Jacquelyn Mosby - CFO, SVP

Jacquelyn has a passion for all things numbers, as evidenced by her more than 30 years of experience in various financial fields. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech and today she applies her fiscal insights and knowledge to ensure things run smoothly. To keep her skills sharp, Jacquelyn is an active member in different accounting professional service organizations. She is Past President of the Lynchburg Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants and Past Treasurer of the Virginia Council of the Institute of Management Accountants. Outside of the office, you will most likely find Jacquelyn outside - literally: she plays tennis several times a week, kayaks the local rivers and lakes, and loves exploring nature with her family. She also enjoys reading books about the histories of US corporations.

Mark Atkinson - VP

Mark brings a unique perspective to our clients with a background that has included being both a consumer and provider of engineering consulting services. Mark started his career as a power engineer working in the electric utility industry and transitioned into the consulting arena in mid-career. As a result, he is passionate about serving his clients as "an extension of staff", and enjoys the challenge of building successful and enduring teams that integrate Wiley|Wilson employee-owners and our Higher Education client partners. When Mark is not engaged in his Higher Education pursuits, he can be found riding motorcycles, playing guitar, or enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two rescue dogs in their antique Airstream travel trailer.

Matt Klebosky - VP

Matt's most recent role is leading the firm's operations in Atlanta and Electrical Discipline Lead. He has made and continues to make significant contributions to the growth of the company's energy and power offerings. Matt is a rare engineer that can clearly see both the big picture and the smallest details as he works tirelessly to lead and be of service to others.

Neil E. McSweeney - CEO, President

Neil is fanatical about creating effective and highly empowered teams. He constantly looks for opportunities to give people the chance to show initiative and provide leadership. Neil's focus on the importance of early QA/QC during the initial stages of projects has dramatically changed how the company approaches quality. In his spare time, Neil can be found training for his next marathon or perhaps exploring the "long after the pavement ends" portions of the Outer Banks.

R. Christopher Garner - SVP

Chris thrives on huge challenges as demonstrated by his strong leadership on some or our clients' largest projects. His extensive experience includes delivery on design-build projects with construction values in the $1 billion range. Chris is a shining example of the important difference between a leader of people and a manager of things. He is a true leader of people. In his spare time, Chris enjoys sport shooting and honing his talents as a Big Green Egg smoking expert. He loves football with his favorite teams being Randolph-Macon Yellow Jackets (where he played a few years back) and the Miami Dolphins.

Randal S. Vaughan - VP

Randy's mental gears are constantly turning, looking for creative ways to help clients solve their most demanding architectural challenges. He routinely translates facts like square footage requirements, adjacencies, and future expansion needs into solutions that achieve the client's goals and result in feedback like "that's great! I never would have thought of that." Randy actively mentors young architects in the appreciation of both the artistic and technical aspects of the profession. In his spare time, Randy can be found designing projects and banging nails for Habitat for Humanity. He also likes cycling (on a bike, not the washing machine), hiking, traveling, and working on any kind of puzzle he can get his hands on.

Robert A. Bass - VP

In addition to other responsibilities, Bob has been the Program Manager for all services provided to the Federal Aviation Administration. His many years of broad structural engineering design experience coupled with his focused attention to detail provide the clients he serves with the assurance that all i's will be dotted and t's will be crossed.

Stephen A. Bowman - COO

Steve spends his free time supporting his two kid's middle school and high school sports teams. He is also an enthusiast for STEM initiatives and has spent many years coaching FIRST Lego League robotics teams. He loves the winter season and taking family ski vacations.

Tim Groover

Tim previously held the positions of President and COO. He transitioned out of these positions in January of 2021 in recognition of the strong future leaders that are ready to step forward. Tim's background includes client relationship development, internal and external leadership development, and community service. He combines these areas, along with a love for lifelong learning, to further the firm's culture of unselfish servant leadership. In his spare time, Tim enjoys playing the drums and anything "outdoors." Hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, etc. He listens to a wide variety of audio book genre's and podcasts as he travels around on behalf of our clients and employee-owners.

Victor K. Angell - SVP

Victor's knowledge of and connections within the Federal Government arena have been significant factors in the company's recent growth and success. From "early lead" to "contract award," Victor steers the marketing and business development efforts in what has become the largest portion of the company's expanding portfolio. In his spare time, Victor loves to travel and has become a SME (subject matter expert) in the sampling and evaluation of microbrews.
