Andy is responsible for the Asset Finance Division, which focuses on offering comprehensive asset finance solutions service. He has over 15 years' experience in the Asset Finance industry, most recently as General Manager of Zenith Finance.
Prior to joining Zenith he worked with ANZ Banking Group Limited as a Relationship Lending Manager with an extensive background in Credit. Andy holds a Diploma of Business from Sydney Institute of Technology.
Andy has board experience across many sections including finance, small and medium-sized enterprises, portfolio management and analysis. He has a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion. He also enjoys overcoming challenges, and always strives to achieve the highest standard.

Justin is the Financial Planning and Risk Management Director at Zenith Finance, and specializes in Loan, Business & Personal Risk Protection Insurance. During his career, Justin has developed a wide range of experience and knowledge in Loan, Personal and Business Insurance, Wealth Protection, Taxation, Insolvency, Corporate Administration and Business Turnaround Strategies.
He always puts clients first and this has enabled him to establish a broad spectrum of loyal clients and on-going business referrals. Justin is efficient and his commitment to delivering the highest possible level of service attributes to his success. Justin's specialty is bringing creative solutions to difficult circumstances and situations. His client's needs always come first and his efficient, personalized service is the foundation of every plan. He combines extensive industry knowledge with strategic corporate alliances to provide clients with confidence and peace of mind.
Prior to starting his own business in 2011, Justin worked as a Senior Financial Advisor with a large financial institution. He has completed a Chartered Accounting qualification, Bachelor of Business and Diploma in Financial Planning.
Justin is passionate about travel and has explored much of South America, East Africa and Europe. He also has broad interests in a range of things including; people, cultures, food, international politics and enjoys a good whiskey.
Richard has been working in the finance industry since 1993. In February 2000, he started Zenith Finance to make smarter business finance plans accessible and easy-to-understand for small and medium sized Australian companies. Since then, Richard has arranged over 5000 commercial finance transactions. There's nothing he'd rather be doing than helping Australian business owners get the right financing they need to help grow their business.
When he is not at work he loves spending time with his family, keeping up to date with the stock market and road cycling. Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Economics and is a Justice of the Peace
Rose has recently joined the Zenith Finance team, but she already has a strong passion and extensive knowledge of the financial market. After graduating from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Economics and Accounting, Rose decided to pursue a career in Finance & Mortgage Broking instead of being a bookkeeper.
She now oversees Zenith's Lending Operations, supports clients with all their finance requirements and assists our senior brokers with streamlining the loan application process.
Rose loves helping people and her organization skills, together with an ability to think outside the box for solutions, has made many clients happy with Zenith's services.
