Dean A. Ives, P. Eng. is a graduate of the University of Windsor. Dean's career in the engineering business began with 8 years of contract administration and construction inspection. That experience has afforded Dean a valued and practical perspective that our clients seek. With over 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, his role as a project manager and lead design engineer enables him to successfully complete projects on time and on budget.

Jeremy Lightheart, P. Eng. is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. Jeremy brings a solid 10 years of experience in consulting engineering to the WMI team. Jeremy's keen interest in a variety of design tasks allows him to bring valuable skills to a wide spectrum of engineering projects, while specializing in the field of stormwater management.

Stephen Morash, P. Eng. attended the University of Guelph and returned to his native Barrie, Ontario home to apply his skills in the civil engineering business. Stephen brings over 25 years of experience to the team, including project management, design/office administration management and has been responsible for overseeing the marketing of land development engineering work in Ontario. From the early years in his career, Stephen has earned a respected and valued reputation as an expert in the field of stormwater management. While working for various firms throughout the Georgian Bay Area, Stephen has gained invaluable experience and a trusted reputation in the municipal and private land development sectors.
