They have one son Cole, who is studying pre-med at University of Wyoming. There are realtors and there are realtors. Fred Nelson is above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. Fred drove my husband and I around for a full day looking at properties. He listened carefully to our needs and desires and came up with the perfect property. Moving does not happen overnight and there are logistics to moving from out of state. Fred came out and watered the pasture twice while we were not yet here. Fred also appeared with a tractor and a work crew to unload the moving rig. Who would expect this kind of service from a realtor? It is pretty amazing. Fred is not just our realtor he is our neighbor and new friend. If you are thinking of moving in this part of Wyoming, this is the man to guide you. You will not be disappointed.
