Dr Andrew is an exploration geologist with over 15 years' experience in mineral exploration; primarily focused on project generation, project evaluation and exploration strategy development throughout Asia and Eastern Europe. Andrew has particular expertise in porphyry copper-gold and epithermal gold deposits, but has worked across a diverse range of commodities. Andrew has previously worked for Ivanhoe Mines and Vale, and during this time Andrew held various technical and management positions in Mongolia and Indonesia and has been involved in several green fields discoveries. After providing technical and program management for Vale in Indonesia and Mongolia. Andrew joined Xanadu Mines as Chief Geologist leading the gold and base metals project generation and evaluation team in Mongolia. Andrew is a member of the Safety, Health and Environment Committee. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) from Macquarie University and a PhD from the Centre of Ore Deposits and Exploration Studies at the University of Tasmania. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Bill joined Xanadu Mines in January 2023 as Company Secretary. Since 2020, he has been acting as Senior Company Secretary and Solicitor for Company Matters, a company providing corporate services to various publicly traded companies. Bill is a highly experienced company secretary and lawyer and has held roles in major listed public companies for over three decades in the mining, energy and manufacturing industries, such as Origin Energy Limited, Email Limited, Placer Pacific Limited, Kidston Gold Mines Limited and Oil Company of Australia Limited. Bill has extensive background in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, communications, compliance, risk management and insurance.

Mr Moorhead is an experienced industry executive with a demonstrated track record of over three decades building value in mining companies through innovation, discovery, project development and safe, efficient operations. Colin has extensive experience in development and financing significant mining projects internationally. He also has experience with global mining operations as well as experience in successful mergers & acquisitions. A geologist by training, Colin is known for strong leadership, strategy and execution that saw him rise through the ranks from a graduate with BHP in 1987 to an executive level manager responsible for global exploration and resource development at Newcrest Mining from 2008 to 2015, a period of significant growth for the company. Colin has significant relevant experience as CEO of emerging Indonesian listed producer PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk, where he built and led the team that constructed and commissioned the highly successful Tujuh Bukit Gold Mine. Colin is a Fellow, Chartered Professional and Immediate Past President of AUSIMM, a graduate of AICD and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP).

Mat has over 20 years of experience as an exploration geologist in porphyry, epithermal and iron oxide copper gold-style mineralisation in the circum-Pacific region and Australia and applies cutting edge methods of structural geology and geochemistry towards gold and base metals exploration. He has previously worked with Ivanhoe Mines for ten years, including six years as Exploration Manager in Cloncurry, Australia. He has been involved with several greenfields discoveries including the Merlin high-grade molybdenum and SWAN copper-gold deposits; and brownfields projects at Osborne, Kulthor, and Starra. Mat currently supports Xanadu Mines on a contract basis.

Michele is a Partner with HopgoodGanim Lawyers in Brisbane. He has practised exclusively in corporate law for the duration of his legal career and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including the negotiation of significant commercial contracts and agreements. His key areas of practice include Corporate Advisory and Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Resources and Energy. Michele is also currently a Non-Executive Director with ASX-Listed Aeris Resources Limited (ASX: AIS) and a Non-Executive Director with ASX/TSX listed Cardinal Resources Limited (ASX/TSX: CDV). Formerly, Michele was also Non-Executive Director of Orbis Gold Limited from the time of its ASX listing, through the discovery of its flagship Natougou project and ultimately to the sale of the company to TSX-Listed SEMAFO Inc. (TSX: SMF) in 2015. Michele is the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration, and Audit and Risk committees.

Mr. Shaoyang Shen is the Deputy President for Corporate Development & Overseas Operations of Zijin Mining Group. He has more than a dozen years of operations management and investment(M&A) experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining Zijin in 2014, he held senior executive positions with Silvercorp Metals Inc., including as COO of the company and Vice President for China Operations. He also served as a board member of Pretium Resources Inc. from 2015 to 2018, and as a Managing Director of Barrick New Niugini Limited from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Shen graduated from Xiamen University with a bachelor's degree in economy. He obtained an MBA from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Management & Professional Accounting (MMPA) from the University of Toronto.

Spencer is a commercial and project development executive with more than 20 years in the resources sector across multiple disciplines of commercial, financial, engineering and operations. He has held corporate, operational and commercial roles in Australia and Indonesia with ABA Resources and Newcrest Mining and in the United States with ExxonMobil and Northrop Grumman. He was formerly CFO of Xanadu Mines and previously held the positions of General Manager Commercial at ABA Resources and General Manager Project Delivery at Newcrest Mining. Spencer holds a MBA from University of Southern California, a MS-Eng from California Polytechnic University, and a BS-Eng from University of California Davis. He is a member of CPA Australia and AusIMM.

Tony is an experienced international natural resources executive and company director. He is currently the Chair of ASX listed Peak Resources Ltd and Cellnet Group Ltd, a Trustee of the Royal Botanical Gardens & Domain Trust and a Non-Executive Director of Communicare Inc. He was formerly a Commissioner at the Independent Planning Commission, and previously a group executive at TSX/HKEx listed SouthGobi Resources, based in Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the company's corporate and strategic initiatives. Tony also has over 15 year's commercial and investment banking experience, covering the Asia Pacific natural resources industry, most recently as a Managing Director at HSBC.
