In order to facilitate the improvement of energy efficiency in public and private sectors, as well as to ensure the information availability on these issues for residents, Society "Zemgale Regional Energy Agency" (ZREA) was established in the end of 2008 with the assistance by the European Commission's programme "Intelligent Energy for Europe". The Agency started its activity in March of 2009...
