Erin is the Chief Operating Officer at WorkSpace. Prior to joining WorkSpace, Erin spent time as Managing Director at KAP Group, where she acted as a strategic advisor to real estate private equity investors, and as a Vice President at Metropolitan Real Estate, which is now part of the Carlyle Group. Before that, Erin worked to transform Manhattan's Hudson Square neighborhood into a dynamic, mixed-use community as Senior Vice President at Trinity Real Estate. She received a J.D. from Yale Law School and an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Rich currently serves as CEO of WorkSpace. This is Rich's third stint as CEO of an ASG-backed company. Previously, Rich led successful growth SaaS platforms ImageQuix and CSF, both of whom were acquired in 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, he was a Director at Medallia. Rich holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Syracuse University.
Steven Paterson is the VP, Engineering at WorkSpace. He is an experienced Software Engineering leader who specializes in delivering complex software solutions. At WorkSpace, Steven leads and mentors the engineering team while defining and implementing a technology strategy that ensures our product exceeds customer expectations. Prior to WorkSpace, Steven led mission-critical technical enterprise solutions across multiple industries including insurance, banking, mortgage, and healthcare.
Vivek currently serves as CEO at WorkSpace, following a career in corporate strategy, M&A, and operational turnarounds. Vivek joined the WorkSpace team alongside a growth investment from Alpine Software Group. Most recently, he served as Director of Corporate Strategy and M&A at American International Group, focusing on repositioning the firm's global commercial footprint. Before that, he spent several years in strategy consulting with Deloitte. Vivek holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Case Western Reserve University.
