James Schelli, Jr. (Jim) is a graduate of the University of Illinois - Chicago receiving his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Accounting in 1981 and graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology/Chicago Kent College of Law, with honors, in 1984. In 1990, Mr. Schelli received his Certified Public Accountant certificate.
Mr. Schelli began his professional career in 1984 with Arthur Andersen & Company in their Corporate Tax Department. In November of 1991, Jim joined Michael Webster and formed the Law Firm of Webster & Schelli.
Mr. Schelli's clients include individuals and small businesses. He regularly consults with individuals and families on topics such as estate planning, business succession plans, estate and income taxes, probate, real estate transactions, bankruptcy and debt counseling.
Mr. Schelli has authored articles on related topics such as the use of Family Limited Partnerships, the Corporate Alternative Minimum Tax and Business Succession Planning and is a frequent speaker at financial planning, estate and business planning seminars.
Michael E. Webster received his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, Illinois in 1986. Mike received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1982 and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mike is a frequent speaker on estate planning, family wealth transfers, trust & estate administration to banks, financial professionals, attorneys and accountants.
