Lim Tien Yang

Lim Tien Yang joined WTWY in 2011 as Valuation Executive in Kuching and was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager for Kuching in 2014 and Branch Manager for Miri in 2019. In 2021, he was appointed as WTWY Director after a year on Associate Director in 2020. He is also in charge of oil palm plantations, mills and plant and machinery valuation for Sarawak apart from real estate and property management activities.

Ting Kang Sung

Ting Kang Sung (MRISM, MRICS, MPEPS, MMIPFM, MMIEA) joined WTWY in 1990 and was appointed as Partner and Director in 2001. His first stint was as Valuation Executive and Manager heading the Bintulu operations since its inception from 2001 and subsequently, as Director in charge. He was transferred/relocated to oversee the Miri operations as Director in charge and was appointed as the Managing Director in 2010. His experience ranges from retail to corporate valuations for purposes of credit security, compulsory land acquisitions, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as for reports to be submitted to authorities. He has also conducted mass rating valuations including special holdings valuation for local councils in Sarawak. In the area of Agency and Transactional Services, he has successfully negotiated rentals and leases as well as transacted assets of various types ranging from residential, industrial, commercial and development lands via private treaty or through tenders. He had also acted successfully as exclusive marketing agents for commercial, residential and office projects on behalf of developers and owners. His current responsibility is to lead and develop the WTWY Group.
