- Owner & Vice President of Field Operations
Aaron currently serves as the Owner & Vice President of Field Operations for Wylie Drilling. He has worked for Wylie Drilling for 20+ years under the guidance of his father, Stanley Phifer, Proprietor. Aaron was raised in the construction industry & holds many accolades and achievements within the industry. Aaron holds an OSHA 30 & manages all safety related items in the field. His responsibilities include overseeing all field operations, mentorship of field personnel, management of contracts, field scheduling, cost & quality, etc. He significantly contributes to the growth of Wylie Drilling by developing & maintaining excellent relationships with the General Contractor/Subcontractor community.

Adam currently serves as the General Manager for Wylie Drilling. He has been a member of the Wylie Drilling family for over 4 years now. Adam comes from an automotive management background & holds a Business Degree from the University of Texas, Arlington. His responsibilities include estimating for all projects, providing leadership & vision to the office staff, and fostering relationships with new and existing customers.
Jenna Mcray currently serves as the Project manager for Wylie Drilling. She has been with Wylie Drilling for nearly 6 years. She has 15 years of administration and scheduling experience. Her responsibilities include scheduling subcontractors for Turn-Key projects, project management, production reporting, and completion of all required submittals for TXDOT projects.

Kaylee has played a significant role within the Wylie Drilling team for two years, with her current position being a Project Coordinator. With 10+ years of Customer Service & Inventory Management experience she can oversee all aspects of Pre-Construction Coordination. Her major responsibilities are Material & Labor Sourcing, New Account Setup, Contract Administration & Project Submittals.

Lecia currently oversees Accounts Payable/ Receivable & Human Resources. She has been a member of the Wylie Drilling family for over 15 years. Lecia has a BBA with a major in Finance. Her responsibilities include payroll, payables and receivables, certified payrolls, insurance and TXDOT compliance reporting.
