MZLLCA - Key Persons
MADUDUZA ZWANE holds Post Graduate Advanced Labour Law Programme Diploma from the University of South Africa and a certificate in the Management of the Employment Process (Vacancy Advertising, Recruitment and Selection), from the same University. He is a qualified mediator, conciliator and arbitrator from the University of Cape Town and University of South Africa. He has a certificate in Practical Labour Law from the University of Cape Town which he obtained in 2015. He has served as a full-time commissioner for the Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration Commission (CMAC). He also attended courses on conflict resolution with IMSSA. He is currently a part-time Commissioner at CMAC.
Apart from these, Maduduza holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Secondary Teachers diploma from the University of Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland. He is qualified in adult education at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Maduduza is also qualified in Commercial Mediation and Arbitration from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR).
Maduduza has consulted and facilitated many workshops in the field of Management Industrial Relations and Labour Law. He has chaired negotiation meetings and disciplinary hearings for many years. He derived this wealth of experience from teaching where he was a Secretary General for the Swaziland National Association of Teachers (SNAT) for close to fifteen (15) years. He has a hands-on experience in matters of Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Law.
