Dan joined XNG in 2014 as the VP Natural Gas Procurement. He brings twenty five years of energy industry experience including physical and financial trading, deal structure, risk management, business analytics and state and federal regulatory affairs. Prior to joining XNG Dan spent eleven years at Sprague Energy, serving as Director of Natural Gas Business Analysis and other commercial positions. In his earlier career he was at AllEnergy Gas Marketing where he was responsible for pricing, capacity management and regulatory affairs. He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, SB in Physics, Minor in Science, Technology and Society.
Entrenched in the natural gas and liquid natural gas industry, Doug provides a sophisticated knowledge and expertise to XNG. A former Project Engineer/Manager with CHI Engineering Services, he brings superior technical and operational abilities, ensuring that all XNG systems are designed and function with the greatest efficiency and safety at all times. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and served in Army Aviation before transitioning to a career in the natural gas industry.

Jeff joined XNG as Vice President Operations in 2017 with a proven track record in the oil & energy, construction, and marine industries. He has extensive operational and logistics experience in transportation including road, rail and marine operations. He holds an M.B.A. from Franklin Pierce University, a B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, and was a Visiting Scholar at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 1997 to 2007.

Joeby joined XNG in 2016 as the Assistant Corporate Controller. She is an accomplished accounting professional of nearly twenty years with a distinct background in service and distribution. Joeby leads the front and back office with a determination for automation and ability to scale the organization. While the finance and accounting department is a core function of day to day interaction, you can often also find her orchestrating insurance, treasury, compliance, human resource management and employee development. Joeby is a graduate of the Accounting BA program at Southern New Hampshire University and holds a master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Finance.

Mel comes to XNG with over 20 years experience and as a dynamic, field focused, process-driven HR and operations professional with a passion for training, mentoring and developing people in a culture of ownership and recognition. Prior to joining XNG, Mel worked as Senior HR Director of Field Operations for Thorntons, a large successful Mid-West Fuel and Convenience Store chain with 3500 employees across six States and an in-house logistics team with 100 fuel delivery trucks and drivers. Working in collaboration with Operations Leaders Mel, built & executed a People Plan centered around a Talent System: Selection, Performance Management, Development and Rewards; anchored in a Culture of Ownership & Recognition. Mel's professional brand reflects a strong commitment to the Field and Team Member, Customer, Shareholder and Community experience.

Drawing on nearly two decades of legal practice and leadership positions, Seth delivers high-level expertise and sound guidance to XNG and its partners. As the former Senior Legal Counsel for Fidelity Ventures and Devonshire Investors, and COO of OnCorps, LLC, Seth is a skilled advisor providing valuable strategic direction to the company. He is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Boston College School of Law.
An experienced CEO and professional engineer. Simon has over 25 years of energy and corporate development experience. Simon is passionate about leading XNG to build long term partnerships that safely and efficiently deliver customers' energy needs through the energy revolution. Prior to XNG, Simon was CEO of a leading mid-west fuels and convenience retail chain, and spent 25 years at BP in global downstream operations, corporate development and strategy roles. He is a graduate of the UK's University of Surrey and holds a masters degree in Process Safety from the University of Sheffield.
