With degrees and a background in engineering, Addie traveled internationally for several years as a controls engineer, gaining valuable experience. He joined YER in the Netherlands in 2007, founding and expanding our maintenance & manufacturing division. In 2012, he transferred to YER-USA, transitioning into high-level executive search and placing high-caliber candidates into critical positions. His experience in the engineering and manufacturing arenas, allied with his solid understanding of project management, positions him well to serve your company.
Addie enjoys spending time with his family and training for and competing in triathlons.

Amanda is a professional with roots in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Although her early education took place in Georgia, Amanda embarked on an adventure after earning her Bachelor's Degree, pursuing postgraduate studies in London, England, at City University London.
Before finding her place in the recruitment field, Amanda explored a career in communications within the hospital food service industry. Collaborating with diverse teams, she contributed to bringing projects to life and crafting engaging content. Prior to that, Amanda worked in the world of coffee imports and retail, managing responsibilities ranging from social media campaigns to quality control, order fulfillment, budget management, and international agreements.
Throughout her career, Amanda has gained experience in hospitality, operations, and communications, and she is currently celebrating her fifth year in recruiting. Leveraging her diverse background in customer service and corporate support, Amanda ensures a candidate experience centered on empathy and respect. Cultivating authentic and productive relationships with stakeholders is at the core of her approach.
Now residing in Atlanta, Georgia, with her fiancé and two dogs, Amanda spends her free time exploring new places, enjoying quality time with friends, savoring delicious food, and taking leisurely walks.

Born and raised in Denmark and in the US since 2014, Camilla has extensive International Executive Search and Recruiting experience from the European Parliament, the World Health Organization, Mercuri Urval and the World Bank Group in Washington DC.
With her background in talent advisory and HR, she is passionate about gaining a deep understanding of her clients' strategic talent needs to identify the optimal candidates and to take the organization to the next level.
Camilla leverages her master's degree in organizational psychology, her certification in personality assessments that predict future successful behaviors with a 94% success rate, as well as her experience in identifying key leadership skills for the World Bank Group and their performance management reform. The objective of these projects was to hire and reward candidates who do not only meet the skillsets required but exhibit the right behaviors to excel in the position and bring the organization forward - the ones who truly can make a difference!
Camilla speaks Danish, German, English and Swedish and is excited to be part of the successful YER USA team to support Scandinavian and German companies.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, discovering new beautiful places with her family and friends, and CrossFit.
Born and raised in France, Caroline moved to the US in 2017. She has a Master's Degree in Marketing and Business Policies. Caroline first worked in sales for the food industry, then joined the recruiting industry with a specialization in mechanical engineering recruitment.
Caroline has worked with companies in various industries such as automotive, railway, aero-defence, biomedical, and special vehicles. She loves to find the perfect fit for her clients.
As a genuine Française, she loves food and wine. Her free time is dedicated to her husband and her two kids.

Christian grew up in Steyr, Austrian and thereafter went on to study in England before moving to the US and later Canada for a role with a major German automotive brand. After a senior management engagement with a large Canadian automotive retail group, Christian and his family moved back to Austria where he started his own business consulting firm, specializing in global business expansion for SMEs.
Equipped with consulting skills, expertise in international business and fine-tuned intercultural understanding, Christian returned to the US and joined YER USA as Senior Recruitment Consultant. He now uses these skills to bridge the gap between the US subsidiaries of European companies and the local labor market. Naturally, his primary focus is on supporting Austrian companies in North America.
Christian resides in Brooklyn, NY and runs his desk out of our New York office. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf with his son. Winter and Summer holidays in Austria are still a must, so you may run into Christian at a Christkindlmarkt or at a lake near Vienna or Salzburg.
Claudio, who grew up in Switzerland, has been in the U.S. since 1995, serving as GM of two local subsidiaries of Swiss multi-national companies. Fluent in German and English, Claudio has worked with European companies in the transport, logistics, hospitality, tourism, and food/beverage sectors. His extensive business travel and experience give Claudio a unique understanding of the challenges facing European companies in North America.
Claudio lives with his family in Atlanta, where he enjoys following world affairs, cooking, reading, the performing arts, cycling, and entertaining his two young children.
Born and raised in Brazil, Daniel made the exciting move to the United States in 2014. Armed with a degree in Game Development, he brought his expertise in software development project management and IT team leadership from his time in Brazil. As an IT Support Specialist at YER USA, Daniel's primary mission is ensuring a seamless and top-notch technology experience for our YER team. Based in Atlanta, he leverages his IT knowledge to keep our systems updated and running smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on security.
Outside of work, Daniel cherishes his time with his family and maximizes every opportunity to create cherished memories with them. This includes enjoying movies, playing soccer, and diving into the world of video games. With a deep-seated passion for food, he approaches each restaurant visit as an opportunity to explore new flavors and menus, and he's equally enthusiastic about the culinary arts, showcasing his love for cooking.
Denise was born and raised in the Netherlands and has lived and worked in the United States since 2012. She holds a bachelor's degree in Account Management and is fluent in both English and Dutch.
When Denise was named Director of the Netherlands American Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast in 2012, she gained a deep understanding about the professional cultural differences firsthand. Bridging the gap between US and Dutch companies and strengthening the ties between the two, was at the core of her activities. She further developed her career in the US within the banking and international hotel industry before joining YER USA.
This extended bicultural professional experience ensures that Denise knows what it entails to be a trusted advisor for our European clients. Within YER USA, Denise has made it her personal mission to help our clients succeed and expand their business by hiring top level US talent.
Denise recently moved from Atlanta, GA to Richmond, VA. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and kids and she enjoys to travel internationally.
Dominique was born in Honolulu, Hawaii where she spent her early years before moving around the United States as a daughter of 2 active-duty military parents. She moved to a country-side city in Georgia in 2005 where she has spent most of her life. While earning her Bachelor's Degree in business communications from Kennesaw State University, Dominique was given an opportunity to start a very successful and rewarding career in technical talent acquisition.
She is honored to have joined the Field Service Desk at YER USA as a Recruiter in March 2023.
Living in Metro-Atlanta, Dominique enjoys spending her free time traveling the world with her friends and family, enjoying domestic and international cultures, shopping and eating delicious food.

Erica was born in southern Sweden, and throughout her childhood alternated between living in the U.S. and in Sweden.
Erica joined YER USA as an intern in 2021 after graduating from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Innovation. She is now a full-time Project Manager, working out of YER USA's DC office where she incorporates both her American and Swedish culture to support European companies in their search for top-quality talent in North America.
In her free time, Erica enjoys playing tennis, painting, and spending time with her friends.

Born and raised in Germany, Fabian holds a Degree in International Business Administration. Before moving to Norfolk, Virginia in 2008, he worked in Germany for a global industrial manufacturing company where he was responsible for the American, European and Asian markets. As a Director European Desk at YER USA, Fabian connects European and American cultures by recruiting top talent for his clients. Located in New York City, Fabian uses his consulting and advisory background in International Business Development to successfully help European companies grow and expand their business in America.
Besides his love for traveling, exploring different cultures and learning new languages, Fabian enjoys gathering with friends over a wine tasting in the city or to try out new restaurants. He also plays tennis and enjoys going to the movies.
Originally from Germany, Frank has been in the U.S. since 2010. In New York, Frank built a renowned soccer training program, and gained further global experience with New York International, working with businesses and cities on high-profile and transformational projects. At YER-USA, Frank helps Europ ean companies recruit the talent needed to meet their business objectives. He works primarily with German, Austrian, and Swiss companies that already have a presence in the U.S.
Besides coaching and playing soccer, Frank enjoys tennis, swimming, and running. He is interested in all things at the intersection of technology, sports, and design. But his wife and daughter always come first.
Gabriele was born and raised in Liguria, Italy. Passionate about the sea and the maritime world, Gabriele earned his MSC of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Genova University.
With a deep knowledge of maritime operations, international sales and human resource management, he moved to the USA in 2018, where he worked as Executive Vice President of an international maritime consulting company. At YER USA, he assists Italian companies by finding the best local talent for their needs. Gabriele speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
Gabriele is passionate about reading books, cooking Italian specialties from Northern Italy, listening to music, traveling, spending time with his daughter and wellness - he enjoys hiking and other forms of exercise.

A native Swede, Gunilla has lived in the U.S. for 23 years. As President of the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce, she was a key player in trans-Atlantic trade and commerce, and grew the organization to be the second largest European chamber of commerce in the U.S. She also served as President & CEO for Mentor Foundation USA, which offered drug prevention programs and helped thousands of American youth. Gunilla is excited to be part of the YER-USA team in support of Scandinavian companies.
A proud recipient of Smart CEO's Brava Award (2016) and recognized as a Profile in Success (2016) by Bernhard Wealth Management, but Gunilla is most proud to be mother to Elsa and Sven.
Heather was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a graduate of Auburn University, where she majored in Accounting. Upon graduating from college, she joined the United States Peace Corps, where she served in Western Samoa for three years as an accounting and economics teacher. After returning to the United States, she received her Master's Degree and has worked for both the public and private accounting sectors.

Henry was born in Venezuela and grew up moving around different countries in South America until he moved to the US to play college tennis. Not long after his graduation with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and completing his student athlete career, Henry moved to Atlanta, GA, where he joined the YER USA team in 2023 in order to contribute to the search of American talent for European companies.

A native Italian, Ivana has lived in three countries and speaks four languages-Italian, English, Spanish, and French. A U.S. resident since 1996, she has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's in International Human Rights Law. She has been in the global recruitment industry for about 15 years, working with a variety of industries. She joined YER-USA to support Italian and Spanish companies with their recruiting efforts.
Ivana, who lives in Miami, enjoys going to the gym, interesting conversations, and good movies. She is an avid reader of historical fiction novels and biographies, and she writes for Italian publications.
Jelle was born and raised in Belgium (with roots in the Netherlands) and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing. He has over 2 decades B2B sales leadership experience with companies from various industries in Belgium, the Middle East and the United States, making him an expert in navigating cultural variances in business environments and bridging potential communication gaps.
Jens is originally from Belgium and holds a Master's degree in HR Management. He has developed his career in recruitment, both in an agency and a corporate environment. Jens is leveraging the insights he gained in those diverse settings to bridge the (cultural) gap between European firms and US talent, and advises you thoroughly while helping you grow your business through high-quality recruitment. Jens speaks Dutch, English and French.
In his free time, Jens likes to discover new places. As a foodie, he loves to enjoy all kinds of culinary experiences with his wife and friends. He and his family live in Manhattan, New York.

A native German, Katharina advises German companies who are establishing businesses in the U.S., providing top talent to help grow their companies. Fluent in both German and English, Katharina has a master's degree in Management of Health and Social Institutions from Germany's Technische Universität Kaiserslautern. Prior to joining YER-USA in 2015, she was an account manager with a German recruiting agency. She also has international experience in the hospitality industry.
An avid runner, Katharina volunteers with "Back on My Feet," a non-profit organization that helps homeless people. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and her children.
A native German, Katharina holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. After working in sales and customer service in her homeland, she moved to the U.S. in 2013 to work for the German-American Chamber of Commerce, consulting with numerous German subsidiaries in North and South Carolina. Fluent in German and English, she is responsible for the development of our German client market for YER-USA.
Katharina enjoys spending quality time with family and her dogs, traveling to new countries, or hiking through Georgia's diverse countryside.
Kenneth first joined YER USA back in 2010 and is one of our team leaders. He brings 10+ years of professional recruitment and executive search experience, both from agency as well as the inhouse practice. Born and raised in the Netherlands, he holds Bachelor's Degrees in both Marketing as well as in Law. After a military mission in Cambodia and spending a career in the staffing industry in his home country with some project work in Germany and Belgium as well, Kenneth moved to the United States in 2005.
Fluent in Dutch, English and conversational in German, Kenneth serves our Benelux and DACH clients with their search needs in the USA. Although his experience covers a wide variety of industry sectors and positions, he provides a special expertise in the software technology and automation / capital equipment industries.
Outside of work, Kenneth is a family man and loves to spend time in the outdoors, either hiking or on the mountain bike. He's also an avid online chess player.

A native German with British roots, Lorraine moved to the U.S. from her hometown Ulm in 2013.
With almost two decades of experience in industrial machinery and capital equipment sales, and serving clients in over 20 industries, Lorraine offers a practical combination of technical expertise and industry knowledge. Her focus lies in supporting German-speaking engineering companies looking to establish or expand their US presence, specializing in technical and managerial roles in Sales, Service, or Engineering Support.
Currently residing in Atlanta with her husband, Lorraine enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her dog. Whether exploring new destinations or indulging in international cuisines, Lorraine cherishes the moments that make life memorable.

Luca was born and raised in Italy and moved to the US in January 2018 to pursue an MBA at Saint Francis University. After graduating, he worked as a leasing consultant before joining YER USA.
Luca is fluent in Italian and English, with some knowledge of Spanish and French. As a Director Italian Desk, he assists European companies with their hiring needs in the US and helps find the right candidate in this multifaceted and diverse country. Luca believes that finding the right candidate is crucial in the development and growth of a company, especially when facing the many challenges of the North American market.
Luca lives in Philadelphia, is a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan and would love to meet Warren Buffett. He enjoys travelling, eating pizza (with no pineapple on it) and watching sports on tv.
Matt is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
Natalia was born and raised in Iguazu, Argentina, home of one of the 7 Wonders of Nature: "The Iguazu Falls", where she gained experience in all the areas of the hospitality industry.
She also worked as an ESL teacher before moving to the US and joining the Consulate General of Argentina in Atlanta, where she worked for over 3 years.
Natalia is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and is currently studying Italian. She is very passionate about traveling with her husband with whom she's been to over 15 countries. She also enjoys all forms of artistic expressions, including acting and dancing.

She has experience working in the recruiting industry for more than 13 years, managing and developing teams, finding solutions and procuring the right fit for her clients. Based out of Chicago, Illinois, Nieves will be focused on building and establishing relationships with Spanish companies advising them and providing them with recruitment assistance.
In her spare time, Nieves is a runner. She loves to participate in marathons, run on trails and enjoys travelling and getting to know different cultures and cuisines.

Originally from the French-speaking part of Switzerland, Olivier has lived and worked in Europe, Asia, and the U.S., and has traveled extensively in South and Central America. He has more than 20 years of international executive management experience in a variety of industries. Olivier, who speaks English and French, assists European companies with the recruitment of local talent. His excellent communication and negotiation skills result in exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Olivier enjoys playing a round of golf, a tennis match, or riding his bike. He also loves to share a great meal and wine with family and friends.
Robert was born and raised in the Netherlands and has lived in the US since 2000. He transferred to the US in 2000, working for a Dutch recruiting company. For most of his professional life, Robert has been working in the recruitment industry in roles like Consultant, Account Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director.
In 2016 Robert moved to the San Francisco Bay and started up a recruitment office focused on the Engineering skill sets. Robert uses his own experience in working for a European company, to advise and guide Dutch clients in the US in getting the right match for their personnel needs.
Robert has 3 kids and lives with his partner and their Airedale dog in Santa Rosa, CA. He enjoys traveling through Europe and South America, photography, painting and exploring beautiful Sonoma Country.
Robert grew up in the Netherlands and also lived and worked in Austria for over 11 years where he became very familiar with the Austrian culture. Robert also lived in France for a few years and moved to the U.S. in 1997. Born and raised in Switzerland, Roger holds a Manufacturing Engineering degree and bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Management. He gained extensive international management experience and acquired thorough problem-solving as well as critical-thinking skills working in Switzerland, China and the U.S. in various industries. He worked for Stryker, a fortune 500 medical device company, before joining the Swiss Railways. Subsequently, he transferred to China to be an interim General Manager of a medium sized company that serves the printing and automotive industry. In 2015, he relocated to the US where he started as a Vice President of Operations and later as Chief Executive Officer of that company's North American headquarters.
Fluent in German and English, Roger applies his professional experience and understanding of cultural nuance to help subsidiaries of Swiss, German and Austrian companies bridge the cultural divide between the US and Europe.
Roger enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, running, hiking, and like a true Swiss - skiing and snowboarding.
Born and raised in Germany, Sabrina moved to the US in 2015. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR Management from the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Germany. Before joining YER USA, Sabrina worked for consulting and recruiting companies in Germany and the US, where she gained extensive experience in contingent staffing, total talent management solutions and the recruitment lifecycle in the Engineering and IT industry. With a passion for process improvement and commitment to exceed customer satisfaction, she loves working with her clients and candidates to find the perfect match.
Located in Austin, Texas, Sabrina uses her language skills and background to successfully help companies in the DACH region grow and expand their business in the US.
Sabrina enjoys going to the gym, hiking, exploring the outdoors with her husband, kids and dog while traveling with their travel trailer across the country.

Sara was born and raised in Finland, the Happiest Country in the World and the home of the Sauna. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has gained experience in management consulting and government administration. In addition to Finland, Sara has lived in Indonesia, Spain and now in the US. She speaks Finnish, English and Spanish and has studied Swedish for over 10 years.
Sara moved to the US in 2020; first to New York and later to sunny Miami. She enjoys spending time with her husband, working out, traveling and eating (and talking about food). She is a big animal and nature lover and loves horseback riding.

Tatiana was born in Bogota, Colombia where she spent most of her childhood before moving to Spain for a few years and then the United States. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in psychology in 2010 and an MBA in 2011. Tatiana became a corporate recruiter following her first Internship in 2010 and she has built her career in recruiting ever since; working in house as well as providing external recruiting services.
Tatiana takes great pride in her relationships with clients and candidates, which allows her to place high caliber candidates in different levels and industries. She joined YER USA in March 2023 as part of the Field Service Desk and in September 2023 she transitioned to Project Manager for the German Desk.
Tatiana enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, and learning about new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Born and raised in Lens, France, Thomas holds a Master's Degree in International Business. Before joining YER, Thomas spent a decade of his career working in business development and account management for service companies in Paris, France. His clients were in a variety of industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, machines and transportation, aeronautics, manufacturing, and food among others. In 2018, he moved to the US and ran a small import export business of food packaging products.

Born and raised in southern Germany until the age of 20, he attended German school until 9th grade and speaks the language fluently. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Trevor has been working in the recruiting industry for the last 12 years. He has been focused primarily on helping European companies fill various types of openings within the Automotive, Engineering, Machine building, Aviation industries. Based out of Chattanooga, TN Trevor will use his prior experience to focus on working with similar companies around the USA to place talented professionals.
In his spare time, Trevor enjoys playing tennis and basketball, traveling, watching movies, live music and spending time with friends and family.
Violet was born and raised in The Netherlands. After finishing her Bachelor's Degree in Culture and Master's Degree in Dutch Linguistics, she worked in Marketing for 5 years as a copywriter and video producer.
In September 2022 she moved to Atlanta with her husband, 4-week-old baby and dog. After settling down and working as a freelance copywriter for a year, she joined YER USA.
Violet loves exploring the beautiful nature of Georgia with her family and in the absence of an active padel scene in Atlanta, she has started playing tennis again.
