Addie Wetzels - CEO

With degrees and a background in engineering, Addie traveled internationally for several years as a controls engineer, gaining valuable experience. He joined YER in the Netherlands in 2007, founding and expanding our maintenance & manufacturing division. In 2012, he transferred to YER-USA, transitioning into high-level executive search and placing high-caliber candidates into critical positions. His experience in the engineering and manufacturing arenas, allied with his solid understanding of project management, positions him well to serve your company. Addie enjoys spending time with his family and training for and competing in triathlons.

Amanda Cepero

Amanda is a professional with roots in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. Although her early education took place in Georgia, Amanda embarked on an adventure after earning her Bachelor's Degree, pursuing postgraduate studies in London, England, at City University London. Before finding her place in the recruitment field, Amanda explored a career in communications within the hospital food service industry. Collaborating with diverse teams, she contributed to bringing projects to life and crafting engaging content. Prior to that, Amanda worked in the world of coffee imports and retail, managing responsibilities ranging from social media campaigns to quality control, order fulfillment, budget management, and international agreements. Throughout her career, Amanda has gained experience in hospitality, operations, and communications, and she is currently celebrating her fifth year in recruiting. Leveraging her diverse background in customer service and corporate support, Amanda ensures a candidate experience centered on empathy and respect. Cultivating authentic and productive relationships with stakeholders is at the core of her approach. Now residing in Atlanta, Georgia, with her fiancé and two dogs, Amanda spends her free time exploring new places, enjoying quality time with friends, savoring delicious food, and taking leisurely walks.

Camilla Daniels

Born and raised in Denmark and in the US since 2014, Camilla has extensive International Executive Search and Recruiting experience from the European Parliament, the World Health Organization, Mercuri Urval and the World Bank Group in Washington DC. With her background in talent advisory and HR, she is passionate about gaining a deep understanding of her clients' strategic talent needs to identify the optimal candidates and to take the organization to the next level. Camilla leverages her master's degree in organizational psychology, her certification in personality assessments that predict future successful behaviors with a 94% success rate, as well as her experience in identifying key leadership skills for the World Bank Group and their performance management reform. The objective of these projects was to hire and reward candidates who do not only meet the skillsets required but exhibit the right behaviors to excel in the position and bring the organization forward - the ones who truly can make a difference! Camilla speaks Danish, German, English and Swedish and is excited to be part of the successful YER USA team to support Scandinavian and German companies. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, discovering new beautiful places with her family and friends, and CrossFit.

Caroline Ottawa

Born and raised in France, Caroline moved to the US in 2017. She has a Master's Degree in Marketing and Business Policies. Caroline first worked in sales for the food industry, then joined the recruiting industry with a specialization in mechanical engineering recruitment. Caroline has worked with companies in various industries such as automotive, railway, aero-defence, biomedical, and special vehicles. She loves to find the perfect fit for her clients. As a genuine Française, she loves food and wine. Her free time is dedicated to her husband and her two kids.

Christian Schlager

Christian grew up in Steyr, Austrian and thereafter went on to study in England before moving to the US and later Canada for a role with a major German automotive brand. After a senior management engagement with a large Canadian automotive retail group, Christian and his family moved back to Austria where he started his own business consulting firm, specializing in global business expansion for SMEs. Equipped with consulting skills, expertise in international business and fine-tuned intercultural understanding, Christian returned to the US and joined YER USA as Senior Recruitment Consultant. He now uses these skills to bridge the gap between the US subsidiaries of European companies and the local labor market. Naturally, his primary focus is on supporting Austrian companies in North America. Christian resides in Brooklyn, NY and runs his desk out of our New York office. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf with his son. Winter and Summer holidays in Austria are still a must, so you may run into Christian at a Christkindlmarkt or at a lake near Vienna or Salzburg.

Claudio Loretz

Claudio, who grew up in Switzerland, has been in the U.S. since 1995, serving as GM of two local subsidiaries of Swiss multi-national companies. Fluent in German and English, Claudio has worked with European companies in the transport, logistics, hospitality, tourism, and food/beverage sectors. His extensive business travel and experience give Claudio a unique understanding of the challenges facing European companies in North America. Claudio lives with his family in Atlanta, where he enjoys following world affairs, cooking, reading, the performing arts, cycling, and entertaining his two young children.

Born and raised in Brazil, Daniel made the exciting move to the United States in 2014. Armed with a degree in Game Development, he brought his expertise in software development project management and IT team leadership from his time in Brazil. As an IT Support Specialist at YER USA, Daniel's primary mission is ensuring a seamless and top-notch technology experience for our YER team. Based in Atlanta, he leverages his IT knowledge to keep our systems updated and running smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on security. Outside of work, Daniel cherishes his time with his family and maximizes every opportunity to create cherished memories with them. This includes enjoying movies, playing soccer, and diving into the world of video games. Denise Kellermann

Denise was born and raised in the Netherlands and has lived and worked in the United States since 2012. She holds a bachelor's degree in Account Management and is fluent in both English and Dutch. When Denise was named Director of the Netherlands American Chamber of Commerce of the Southeast in 2012, she gained a deep understanding about the professional cultural differences firsthand. Bridging the gap between US and Dutch companies and strengthening the ties between the two, was at the core of her activities. She further developed her career in the US within the banking and international hotel industry before joining YER USA. This extended bicultural professional experience ensures that Denise knows what it entails to be a trusted advisor for our European clients. Within YER USA, Denise has made it her personal mission to help our clients succeed and expand their business by hiring top level US talent. Denise recently moved from Atlanta, GA to Richmond, VA. Fabian Becker

Robert Chaudron

Robert was born and raised in the Netherlands and has lived in the US since 2000. He transferred to the US in 2000, working for a Dutch recruiting company. For most of his professional life, Robert has been working in the recruitment industry in roles like Consultant, Account Manager, Sales Director and Managing Director. In 2016 Robert moved to the San Francisco Bay and started up a recruitment office focused on the Engineering skill sets. Roger Heid

Born and raised in Switzerland, Roger holds a Manufacturing Engineering degree and bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Management. He gained extensive international management experience and acquired thorough problem-solving as well as critical-thinking skills working in Switzerland, China and the U.S. in various industries. He worked for Stryker, a fortune 500 medical device company, before joining the Swiss Railways. Subsequently, he transferred to China to be an interim General Manager of a medium sized company that serves the printing and automotive industry. In 2015, he relocated to the US where he started as a Vice President of Operations and later as Chief Executive Officer of that company's North American headquarters. Fluent in German and English, Roger applies his professional experience and understanding of cultural nuance to help subsidiaries of Swiss, German and Austrian companies bridge the cultural divide between the US and Europe. Before joining YER, Thomas spent a decade of his career working in business development and account management for service companies in Paris, France. In 2018, he moved to the US and ran a small import export business of food packaging products.

Trevor Gillies

Born and raised in southern Germany until the age of 20, he attended German school until 9th grade and speaks the language fluently. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Trevor has been working in the recruiting industry for the last 12 years. He has been focused primarily on helping European companies fill various types of openings within the Automotive, Engineering, Machine building, Aviation industries. Based out of Chattanooga, TN Trevor will use his prior experience to focus on working with similar companies around the USA to place talented professionals. In September 2022 she moved to Atlanta with her husband, 4-week-old baby and dog. After settling down and working as a freelance copywriter for a year, she joined YER USA. Violet loves exploring the beautiful nature of Georgia with her family and in the absence of an active padel scene in Atlanta, she has started playing tennis again.
