The mission of Your Second Family is to make every day count. We provide respectful and dignified care. We embrace hope-filled and happy moments and offer engagement and opportunity, to inspire a sense of accomplishment and belonging... Your Second Family Adult Day Center recognizes that each client is, in fact, a unique person having individual needs and concerns. Our center works with each participant and family in designing a personalized care plan and truly treats each client as a "part of our family"! Here at Your Second Family, we come together to share memories and make new friends... Adult day services is where adults, adults with dementia, or adults living with disabilities receive individualized therapeutic, social, and health services.
