Charlotte Mitha is the Executive Vice President of Operations at BC Hydro. Charlotte and her business group of 2700 people operates, maintains and connects customers to the provincial system that generates and delivers electricity safely and reliably to BC Hydro's customers. As part of the executive team, she is focused on delivering BC Hydro's 5-year strategy to meet its growing load and the provincial clean energy plan.

Gayle Corry

Gayle has lived in the Yukon since 1996 and has seen it evolve tremendously over the years. She has been an active member of the community through her involvement with various not for profit organizations as a volunteer board member. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience in various sectors such as public practice accounting and auditing, First Nation governments and economic development, telecommunications and post-secondary education.

Guy Morgan

Before his retirement in 2022, Guy worked for Yukon Energy for 35 years. During his time with the corporation, he held positions of Plant Operator, System Control Operator, Manager of Mechanical Operations and Transmission & Distribution, Director of Operations and retired as Vice President, Operations. He has a deep understanding of Yukon Energy operations in various communities as well as large projects like the grid-scale battery.

Jason Epp - CFO

Lesley Cabott - Chairman

Matt Hall

He is an expert in financial analytics, financial reporting and database management and uses these skills to simplify the chaotic world of managing large companies. Michael Muller

Michael has spent the last 25+ years supporting responsible environmental decision-making and governance in Canada's western Arctic. He has worked for governments, Indigenous co-management groups, communities and development proponents. Michael led the technical implementation of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act and has helped build several organizations in the Northwest Territories and Yukon. He is passionate about understanding the many ways we interact with the diverse environments we live in. In spite of a couple of degrees and professional designations, his daughters call him fake biologist.

Mike Pemberton

A long-time Yukoner and business operator, Mike's wealth of experience as an entrepreneur helps Yukon Energy deliver positive results for customers and rate payers. As Chair of the Yukon Development Corporation, Mike's role on Yukon Energy's Board of Directors also helps streamline communications and supports good governance between the two organizations. Mike is also a former Chair of the Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce and currently the President of Yukon Community Crime Stoppers Association.

Rod Savoie

Rod Snow

Rod is a long-time Yukoner and retired partner of DLA Piper (formerly Davis & Company) who retired in 2016 after 37 years of practicing law in BC and Yukon. He is the only resident lawyer North of 60 to ever be elected as national President of the Canadian Bar Association. In recognition of this and his contribution to the profession, he was appointed Queen's Counsel by the Attorney General of BC in 2012. Rod has a B.A. and LL.B from Dalhousie University in Halifax and an LL.M. from the University of Washington in Seattle. Before he retired, Rod was a corporate and commercial lawyer recognized for his expertise in mining, environmental and aboriginal law. He is currently the Chair of the Yukon University Foundation, and a member of the board of directors of Dana Naye Ventures and Tse Zul Development Corporation. He was previously a member of the board of the Vancouver Port Corporation. Always active in his community, he has served as President of the Asia Pacific Festival Society, the Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Whitehorse.

Stephanie Cunha
