Amy Campbell, Yankee Alliance's Chief Operating Officer, listens to member and customer needs and recommends, plans, and supports the implementation of new business initiatives to deliver value. She is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Contracting, Analytics, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Development, Program Management and Human Resources functions in support of the achievement of Yankee Alliance's corporate goals. Amy also acts as Yankee Alliance's Chief Compliance Officer, directing all aspects of the organization's legal affairs.
Amy has over twenty-five years of Human Resources and Operational experience in varied industries. She has been in a leadership role at Yankee Alliance for eleven years.
Amy has a Master of Arts degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.

Duane Bragg is the Vice President, Contracting. Prior to Yankee, he worked for Vizient as a Senior Sourcing Executive supporting Mass General Brigham. Duane served for 23 years as a Healthcare Administrator in the Air Force, retiring as a Colonel. His last role was Chief of Medical Logistics where he served as consultant to the AF Surgeon General.
Duane earned a BS in Business Administration from Plymouth State College, an MBA from Bentley College and an MHA from Baylor University. He is board certified in healthcare administration as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a member of AHRMM and serves on the education committee for NESHMM.
Duane is a Healthcare executive with 30+ years of experience managing all aspects of healthcare administration. He joined Yankee in 2017.

Kerry Cummings, RN, BSN, is a highly accomplished nurse leader currently serving as the Vice President, Clinical Services at Yankee Alliance. Kerry is a versatile professional with over 25 years of healthcare experience and 15 years in supply chain value analysis. Since 2019, Kerry has led the clinical team at Yankee and works directly with hospital members to reduce supply costs and expenses through a proven best practice value analysis process.

Larry Kaufman, FACHE, has over 35 years of healthcare management experience and recognized expertise in the areas of labor and non-labor cost reduction, physician clinical integration, and the development of operational and clinical strategic initiatives to reduce variation, cost and improve quality.
Laura Cieplik, MBA, joined Yankee Alliance in May of 2022 and is responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and developing new business opportunities for Blue.Point, a GPO agnostic, wholly owned subsidiary of Yankee Alliance that focuses on product utilization, and Yankee Alliance. This includes creating sales plans and achieving sales targets as well as developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow and maintain the highest possible long-term market share for Yankee Alliance and Blue.Point.
Laura came to Yankee Alliance with extensive sales and account management experience in multiple industries, such as pharmaceuticals, continuum of care, and textiles.
Laura has a Master of Business Administration degree from Western New England College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Matt Murphy, MBA, has been with Yankee Alliance since May of 2009. As an Account Manager, Matt worked closely with his members to provide and support the implementation of savings opportunities. In his current position as Vice President of Member Services, Matt provides leadership to the Account Management team for Yankee's Acute Care and Continuum of Care members.
In addition, Matt offers supply chain consultation to senior hospital administrators to appropriately align hospital goals. Matt and his team assist members in understanding Yankee Alliance's and Premier's contracts, tools, and services, while meeting individual member needs. Matt is a graduate of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. He is also a graduate of Suffolk University, earning a master's degree in business administration at the Sawyer School of Management.
Melanie Kawiecki is responsible for the finance and tax compliance functions of Yankee Alliance, Inc. and its affiliates. Prior to joining Yankee Alliance in 2009, Melanie spent ten years with a successful career in public accounting at McGladrey and Pullen, LLP providing financial management and tax support to both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Melanie also served as an Audit Supervisor at Ernst and Young, LLP, one of the top four global public accounting firms. She began her accounting career serving as senior auditor for two years at Shatswell, Macleod and Company, P.C. specializing in audits of financial institutions.
Melanie has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Massachusetts, since 1999. She graduated with honors from Salem State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting and a Minor in Economics.
Melanie is an active member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Michael has been with Yankee Alliance and Blue.Point for over 15 years. Michael is responsible for all analytics, application development and IT operations at Yankee and Blue.Point. He earned his BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and while working at Yankee received his MS in Healthcare Analytics from the University of Massachusetts.
Michael works with both internal resources, the Yankee Alliance membership, and the Blue.Point client base to deliver analytic solutions that help drive both contract uptake and savings opportunities. He strives to provide actionable solutions that will keep providing value to both companies. Consistent collaboration with Yankee Alliance and Blue.Point's member service and clinical teams help to deliver that value to the membership and clients.

Bob Ritchie is the Vice President of Pharmacy at Yankee Alliance in Andover MA, where he is responsible for strategy, pharmacy contracting and member support. He received his BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and his MBA from Northeastern University. Bob has spent much of his career, about 30 years, in hospital pharmacy operations as a staff pharmacist, pharmacy manager and director of pharmacy.
Sara Hayes, PHR, CYT joined Yankee Alliance in June of 2018. In her role managing the HR function at Yankee Alliance, Sara oversees all aspects of the employee life cycle at Yankee, such as recruitment, benefit and compensation plan design, performance management and training, and employee engagement.
Her extensive HR background in a variety of industries, from biotechnology to publishing to human services, gives Sara a well-rounded perspective on how to ensure employees from all levels of the organization can align with and work towards a common strategic vision.
Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Keene State College. She is also a 500hr Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
