Stéphane Prud'homme

Stéphane Prud'homme has 20+ years of professional experience (including nine years in China and Southeast Asia), in communication strategy, reputation management, corporate and executive positioning, and issues management & crisis communication. In his career early stage, he worked for Hydro-Québec as corporate spokesperson and in the mid-2000's he occupied the central role of National Director, Public Relations and Financial Communication for RONA Inc. He is studying the credibility construct for the past fifteen years, through a master's degree on corporate spokespersons' credibility in crisis situations and a doctoral research on executives' credibility and corporate reputation. He is now the Founder CEO and Head of Research of the Credibility Institute. Mr. Prud'homme is the President of IABC Montréal (2019-2021). He has been appointed as "Ambassador of University of Quebec in Montreal/UQAM" in 2010, to mark his outstanding career, his contribution to the growth of his working industry, as well as to the UQAM's prestige. In 2005, he came with the idea of founding Public Relations Without Borders and two years later, the NGO was set up with the collaboration of a PR professionals group. Dozens of dedicated volunteers are doing humanitarian missions in Africa, South America, and India for the past ten years.
