Rick has been practicing law since 2003, and he concentrates his practice in Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Family law matters.
Rick was born and raised in Wilson Borough where he currently resides with his wife and two sons. He has a tremendous pride in his community where he serves as its Magisterial District Judge presiding over Wilson Borough, West Easton Borough, and the three west wards of the City of Easton. As a fervent fan of the Constitution, whether he is presiding over a case in his local court or advocating for his clients, Rick always remains sensible to the guarantees contained within the Constitution and its Amendments which afforded to every American of their fundamental rights and protection of life, liberty, and property.
With more than 20 years experience, Rick possesses the legal acumen and compassion to provide his clients with excellent representation. Scott has been practicing law since 1995, and he concentrates his practice in criminal defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, civil litigation and real estate.
He is a graduate of Phillipsburg High School, Moravian College and Villanova University School of Law. Scott has had lifelong interest in the legal system, and that interest motivated him to become an attorney. He enjoys the adversarial process that comes with the law, and he finds each case intellectually challenging. He enjoys helping others.
