As owner and project manager of Zahn Development, Inc., Andrew oversees all construction operations to ensure quality, cost, and timeline requirements are met for ongoing projects. His involvement starts at the early planning stages including feasibility studies, scheduling, value engineering & cost analysis, all the way through final completion and delivery. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Computer Information Sciences from the University of Florida. He is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, has studied at the Danish Design School in Copenhagen, Denmark, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Traveling extensively throughout Europe, he is influenced by the latest contemporary architecture and interiors.
