YAMASHITA'S JAPANESE MAPLES

Yamashita's Japanese Maples is a family operated nursery located in Northern California that has been in business since 1987. Initially, the wholesale nursery specialized in ground covers for sale to retail nurseries and landscape contractors in the Northern Sacramento Valley. With the changing economy, and following our own interests, we refocused our nursery on the retail sale of Japanese Maples... We currently propagate and grow over 50 varieties of Japanese Maples in Chico, California. The majority of the cultivars are Palmatums, but we also offer interesting varieties of Japonicums, Circinatums and Shirasawanums. The nursery, tucked up against the foothills of Northern California, is open to the public by appointment seven days a week.
