ZING - Key Persons
Ciara leads the customer support area for Zing Technology. She has 25 years' experience working in the technology sector delivering and supporting business solutions primarily to the insurance and financial services sectors in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Ciara is an IT graduate of TCD and is ITIL-certified in IT Service Management.
Fionnuala is a clinical project manager working in the healthcare sector. She has managed a number of clinical trials involving international collaborative groups, pharmaceutical companies and Irish hospitals. Fionnuala is certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and has worked in various sales and marketing roles in the Pharmaceutical industry. Fionnuala graduated from University College Galway with an honours degree in biochemistry. She completed her PhD in biochemistry at University College Galway in 2000 having undertaken further research at Glasgow Caledonian University. She also carried out post-doctoral academic research at University College Dublin.
Leo has 20 years' commercial IT experience in all phases of the systems life cycle and in a wide variety of industries including insurance, banking and the public sector. Leo leads the technology competency in Zing and has the final say in all matters relating to technology platforms and architecture. Leo has specific responsibility for building out the capabilities of our Azure cloud practice. Leo has a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from John Moore's University, Liverpool. He also has a B.Sc. Computer Science graduate of Queens University Belfast.
Naoise established Zing Technology in 2007. He has more than 20 years' experience in planning, delivering and supporting large-scale technology projects across many commercial organisations including AXA, Royal & Sun Alliance, Winterthur, AIB and Prudential. He is responsible for sales and marketing and for the strategic direction of Zing. Prior to establishing Zing he was Operations Director for Phoenix Technology Group with responsibility for all customer projects, quality engineering and customer support. Naoise also worked as a management consultant with Accenture, working on financial markets projects in both Dublin and London. He is an engineering graduate of University College Galway and a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. He is a former Lord Mayor of Dublin.
Niall is a co-founder of Zing Technology and has over 20 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering complex technology systems across many organisations. As an experienced practitioner he has amassed a wealth of development, analysis and project management expertise. Prior to establishing Zing he was a Project Manager for Phoenix Technology Group with responsibility for the delivery of key customer projects. Niall also worked on assignments with Barclays Capital, Davy and EDS during his career. He is a commerce graduate of University College Dublin, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).
