YouthQuest provides services where young adults, ages 17-21, can reside in a less restrictive arrangement while continuing to receive case management and support focused on independence and self-sufficiency... In 2005, it became evident that young adults, particularly in foster care, often left the system without developing the independent living skills necessary to succeed on their own. YouthQuest developed a program to meet this need, and has grown into the most highly regarded independent living program in the state... Intercept Youth Services in Central Virginia provides comprehensive treatment programs for troubled adolescent males (ages 12-19) and females (ages 13-19).
