Zivec Development has been a family-run business for over 40 years starting in the early 1970's with Mike Zivec of Zivec Construction. Son John Zivec started Zivec Development Inc. to carry on the family business of building quality homes in the South Bay. John has over 2 decades of general building contractor experience. John has worked with homeowners, developers, realtors and keenly understands all aspects of the construction process... We continue to get comments on how nice our house is and that makes us very proud. We wouldn't even think of not referring John to anyone we know who is looking to build. - Ben & Veronica
