As the founder and CEO of York Realty, Glenn has deep roots in Alberta's real estate market. Since establishing the company in 1985, he has guided it through both tumultuous times and aggressive growth. Glenn is known for his unbeatable negotiating skills, tenacity and ability to outwork the competition. He is a mentor to many on the York Realty team and has shaped the company's approach to work, from our desire to challenge the status quo to our commitment to tenants and their growth.
Glenn is a dedicated father, grandfather and philanthropist. He and his wife Sandra support various charitable organizations, including the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation and Alberta Diabetes Foundation.
Glenn has a Bachelor of Commerce.

Matt has been with York Realty for a decade and at its helm for the past three years. As President, he sets the direction for York, guides the team to achieve its goals and deliver on its promises, and provides timely and effective service for our diverse client base. His ability to be nimble and make decisions quickly is a crucial part of York Realty's competitive edge. Matt developed his passion for real estate as a child, when his father Glenn took him for weekend drives to go look at interesting properties.
A husband and father of three, Matt is committed to his family and community. Over the years, he has supported several nonprofit organizations that focus on the health and wellbeing of children and teens, including Little Warriors, Youth Empowerment & Support Services (YESS) and the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. He is also involved with Scouts Canada and YPO.
Matt has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

As the VP of Accounting, Ryan brings over 15 years of diverse industry experience to York Realty. He provides detailed financial analysis and planning services while contributing to York's operational transformation. Ryan lives York's values by driving continuous process improvements and centralization implementation - he's always challenging the status quo. Ryan is a valued member of the senior management team and leads York's accounting team with his positive attitude, financial expertise, and unique perspective. His goal is to drive functional changes to guide better decision-making.
Ryan is a proud husband and father to a teenage son, with a passion for soccer and supporting his community.
As COO, Taylor contributes to York Realty by optimizing processes and aligning the company's vision and values with business objectives and strategy. Taylor is known for her communicative and practical approach, focusing on solutions rather than problems. From a young age, Taylor learned the value of commitment - to our word and to our tenants - from her father, Glenn. She channels that commitment into her management of a collaborative team focused on delivering and improving tenant service.
Out of the office, Taylor can be found exploring new restaurants or biking, skiing and golfing with family and friends.
Taylor has an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Calgary. Prior to joining York Realty, Taylor worked as a lawyer in a regional corporate law firm and taught advocacy courses at the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary.
