Amy Madden

Amy has a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Maryland University College. She has over 10 years of experience developing and maintaining high functioning accounting teams, and performing all aspects of accounting functions, particularly in a retail environment. Directly managing the accounting and payroll team, she is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing that is compliant with challenging regulations in wage & hour, as well as all financial operations. Amy also assists clients in navigating complex payroll issues that arise, helping clients arrive at solutions that are both compliant and limit risk exposure. As Operations Manager, she provides oversight of process improvements and new client implementations.

Debora L. Kerley

Debora started her long career in HR serving in key HR roles in the banking industry, including responsibilities in Employee Relations, Benefits, Workers' Compensation and Leave of Absences. Since 2005, Debora has provided human resource consulting services to our clients. By utilizing her many years of executive and employee levels of human resources expertise, our clients receive a high level of skilled consulting in employee relations, training, policy development and best practices compliance. In addition, she manages our Benefits team.

DiAnn Ferguson

DiAnn has over 20 years of executive search experience. From an initial focus on the financial services sector, primarily within global investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds and commercial banks, she held senior-level positions for some of the large executive search firms in London, New York and Boston and was an owner is an executive search firm before joining our company. DiAnn's previous experience includes being a bond trader with a global investment bank in London and a broker on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Her depth of experience makes her uniquely qualified to manage the recruitment process for a variety of positions, with demonstrated success for our clients.

Lynn Fernbaugh

Lynn joined the company in 2006. She began her career in employment and training more than 40 years ago in the Central San Joaquin Valley as the Director of one of the first programs in the nation which trained and placed women in non-traditional careers. Later, in her many years as an Executive Director and private consultant, she was engaged in job training programs, business development and marketing services to both the public and private sectors. During her tenure with YPP and HRYW, Lynn has served as the Sr. HR manager for a diverse range of small businesses and manages our HR team. She has partnered with clients to develop HR policies and practices tailored to the company culture, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Effectively utilizing a range of assessment systems and consulting tools, she has helped business leaders more effectively manage the HR function with an emphasis on employee growth and development. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno.

Sandra J. Dickerson - CEO, CHRO

Involved in the Human Resource Outsourcing industry since 1987, Sandra has specialized in directing our services, including ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and adherence to best practices, in addition to general business management for all corporate and legal affairs. She also functions as the HR Director, providing executive level insight and experience for our clients. She is a member of the California Lawyer and American Bar Associations.

Steve Wilner

Steve is responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the company, along with account management responsibilities. Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of mid-sized businesses throughout Northern California achieve the benefits and return on investment of outsourcing human resources. His broad business background, including an MBA from Santa Clara University as well as sales, technical and general management experience, gives him a keen understanding of the challenges faced everyday by business owners and managers. Prior to YPP and HRYW, Steve held sales and sales management positions with ThinkHR, HRhome, Paychex, ADP, and Bank of America.
