All parts at JDM come through Alistair. He counts them all in, and then counts them back out again when labelling and dispatching them. It is a non-stop fast paced role where being calm and unflappable are essential, and Alistair is the very picture of laid back and handles it with gusto tenacity. Somehow he manages all of this while showing off, using the wrong hand for everything, just to make everybody else in the office feel inadequate! Without a chequered history of car ownership Alistair is probably the best able to stay on task in the office when new and exciting parts come though... but fast learning what they are it's only a matter of time before he's tempted to the dark side... Without Alistair customers would certainly be waiting longer for parts, he also will be in touch should there be any questions or delays once orders are placed with timely updates as required.
Ben joined JDM at the start of 2019 and brought a range of experience to the company. Day to day he keeps things running smoothly in the office, helping customers and colleagues with enquiries and liaising with suppliers to keep the product ranges up to date, and in stock. An expert on wheel fitments, terrible engine swap ideas and a veteran of 12 years in the aftermarket car parts industry. A victim of his own lack of personal willpower leading to many a questionable JDM vehicle purchase and ownership he is ready to help customers with his knowledge and experience. His passion for photography and all things Japanese combine to make Ellis at home running our social media channels and keeping the website full of the latest and greatest parts on the market. A member of the JDM team since 2017 Ellis is fast becoming an expert on vehicle trivia for anything from Silvias to Kei trucks! Without the countless hours and creative flare he brings to the table JDM would certainly not look the same as it does today. Day to day you'll find Ellis glued to his computer leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of the next obscure and enticing bit of content, whilst keeping half an eye on the weather for the perfect light to capture our stock vehicles images for uploading to the website.
The linchpin of the office, Kate is responsible for tracking all payments in and out, alongside the goods in and despatch teams. Liaising with suppliers to get all parts here on time from around the world to fill customer orders and our shelves alike, and following those parts through to make sure they leave JDM on time and in the right direction! Come and say hello to her at one of the shows we attend and you'll find Kate at the centre of organising and running the merchandise sales.
Natalie works part time and is as comfortable in the office helping with your enquiries as she is in our stores after many years working at JDM. Historically she has headed up the Yahoo Auctions side of things, but now she is sharing this with Kate and is moving more to an accounts and support role. You have every chance of her lending her expert knowledge and service when you get in touch! Her personal car collection currently includes and R32 GTR and AE86!

Paul is the co-owner and founder of JDM Garage. He started the company is 2000 from his family farm, using an old shed to convert into a workshop. Paul started to import cars & parts from Japan, in partnership with his Mum, Rosemary. Paul can be found doing a bit of everything, from office work, to packaging or working on sales cars. His passion is for drifting and has a supercharged V8 S15 in his collection that must be seen to be believed. Paul is in the process of building a VR38 S15, so watch this space.
Something of a JDM Garage OG, Rosemary has seen JDM progress from an idea the mind of her son Paul through a number of premises moves to its current guise. The voice of reason, keeping everything pointing in the right direction quietly steering the ship from the accounts office, or sometimes packing room when required! Dedicated to the business you can find Rosemary on the case balancing the JDM books striking a balance between the next high speed sideways demo vehicle and keeping the shelves full of parts!
Terry has an Evo! If you've called JDM in 2022 you will likely already know this fact - a dedicated JDM vehicle enthusiast and veteran S-Chassis, JZX and CE9A owner Terry will be your first contact with JDM if you call, email or message on social media. Although new to the team he has a wealth of experience in the motor trade and is keen and ready to assist with all of your parts and tuning needs.
