With the movement for greater wellbeing and productivity key driving forces behind the transformation of working practices to become more agile and flexible with more space for creativity and collaboration... The effect that buildings have on the wellbeing of occupants and BIM are two areas that we are particularly interested in. This R&D is influencing our holistic design approach for workplace design, which is centred on human factors, responding to both the physical and psychological with a focus on business needs and productivity.
