After we started manufacturing our products in-house, I realized that we needed to organize our manufacturing area a little differently. We literally had workers trying to work within the same exact parts of the plant, and it was really frustrating for everyone. To solve the problem, we spend a few weeks evaluating the workflow and trying to resolve the issues. The results were amazing.
