Geoff Basford is Vice President and Senior Design Consultant for Healthcare, Higher Education and Science & Technology projects at 4b Technology Group. Geoff manages projects from programming and schematic design through design development, coordination of construction documents and into bid evaluation and construction administration.
Geoff has a BBA in Communications from Seton Hall University and has been with the company for over nine years. He likes to spend his time away from the office with his family traveling and experiencing the sights and things Texas has to offer.
Mark Basford is Vice President and Senior Design Consultant for Education, Government and Transportation/Aviation projects. Mark manages projects through schematic design and development, coordination of construction documents, bid negotiation, and construction administration. He is the primary point of contact for consultants and team members.
Mark received his BBA in Marketing from Baylor University, and his Master of International Management (Global MBA), from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management in Communications. In his spare time Mark enjoys forging specialty knives and developing his culinary skills.
Ron Leger is Lead Designer and Senior Consultant for Healthcare, Government and Higher Education projects. Ron is adept at design/redesign of multi-layer telecom, security, outside plant, and healthcare specialty systems. He is proficient in project planning, execution, field observation and the ability to support simultaneous projects.
Ron's drive for excellence and success is rooted in his commended military history in the U.S. Marine Corps. The values of teamwork, integrity and constant personal growth, instilled during his service to the country, continue to guide his life and his professional career.
Terry formed 4b to be one cross-functional team; she enjoys mentoring 4b employees to be more active contributors in the firm's operations and growth. She is also very active in many professional associations for the technology and building industries. She uses the rest of her energy to try and keep up with her grandchildren.

Terryann Basford is the founder and Managing Principal of 4b Technology Group and oversees the firms day to day operations. Terry is also Principal in Charge of every 4b project, ultimately responsible for the performance and quality of the completed project.
