Rob has coached full-time for twelve years. His background makes him equally comfortable working with the "soft" and the "hard" sides of business and people challenges.
Prior to becoming a coach Rob served as founder and CEO of two private equity backed companies in financial services, and prior to that was a partner in Monitor Group, the strategy consulting firm, where he ran their European Financial Services practice. Rob also served on the Management Advisory Board at TowerBrook Capital Partners, an $14 billion private equity firm, and he is currently the chairman of two early-stage tech companies.
Education
Rob has studied coaching with Professor Chris Argyris of the Harvard Business School, at the Coaches Training Institute, and with Nancy Kline of Time to Think. He has an engineering degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Personal
Rob loves spending time in nature hiking, skiing and exploring, and when he's in Singapore he enjoys hanging out with his dogs Rosiebagel & Hoffie.
