Dustin joined our team to help support our operations and to help us provide exceptional experiences for our customers and employees.
Dustin had previously worked for Timken Manufacturing for 24 years and carried out a variety of roles, including shift leadership. He also has extensive training in lean manufacturing which was made successful by the likes of Ford, Lockheed Martin, and Toyota. Dustin's diverse training, experience, and loyalty makes him an excellent addition to our leadership team!
On a personal note, Dustin is married to Kendra and they have three sons, Ryder, Rolan, and Ray. He love the outdoors and especially enjoys golfing, kayaking and fishing the beautiful Ozark streams. He also loves cheering his sons on while paying sports.
Jeff Parks is a devoted father to his two boys, Dalton and Davin. As a loving dad, Jeff takes great joy in spending quality time with his sons. Jeff is an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for all things related to the Kansas City Chiefs. On game days, you can find him proudly wearing his team's colors, cheering on his favorite players, and engaging in friendly banter with fellow fans.
Professionally, Jeff boasts an impressive 25-year career in sales, customer relations, and project estimating. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered exceptional results and has become well-known for his ability to foster strong relationships with customers. Jeff takes pride in ensuring that each customer receives the utmost satisfaction, going above and beyond to meet their needs. His expertise in project estimating has allowed him to provide accurate and detailed proposals, further enhancing his reputation as a reliable and trusted professional in his field.
When our company started looking for a staff member to lead and direct our projects and project managers, it was obvious we needed a people person, easy to approach and talk to. Hence, meet Jordan White.
Jordan grew up in the small town of Crane MO, enjoyed playing sports, spending time with friends, and graduated from Crane High School. He has stayed local throughout his career, being employed by a rubber plant, Timken, for 17 years in their Quality department. Talk about loyalty! He also treasures the many friendships built throughout his time there.
Jordan has a daughter, Harper, whom he adores and loves spending time with. His hobbies include running a beef cow/calf operation and being out on the land with friends, family, and his daughter. He also loves to hunt, fish, and finds a good poker game is always fun. Jordan is also a HUGE Kansas City Chiefs fan and loves going to their games.
To help grow this company, Jordan has his sights on keeping customer service a top priority and continuing to focus on the quality of the work we do. His strategy is to be a team player and mentor our crew members to be team players also.
Our company is very blessed to have Jordan on board to serve our neighbors and friends as the general manager of our Ozark MO office! With the work ethic, experience, and professionalism he has to offer, we are very confident our clients will receive the care and attention they deserve!
Nicole has 15 years of experience in executive-level positions, as an entrepreneur, and business consultant. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, an MBA, and a Management Graduate Certificate from Missouri State University. Nicole is also OSHA 30 Construction certified.
Throughout her career, Nicole developed a deep passion for supporting others and exceeding expectations in service-based business. She worked at a franchise system where she helped grow the company from three locations to 22 locations across 10 states with over 450 employees. She was involved in all aspects of company management, operations, development, and construction of each facility. Though she loved the organization and the people there, she ultimately left her position as CEO to spend more time at home with her family. She cherishes spending time with her husband, Andy, and three kiddos, Penelope, Amelia, and Oliver. They are frequent travelers and love going on adventures, especially if it involves being on the lake!
Nicole wanted to continue to be involved in the local business community, so began offering business consulting services. It was through Nicole's consulting business that she began working with 888-LOG-GUYS in 2018. Nicole was impressed with the company's success, culture, and commitment to their customers and in January 2021, she eagerly accepted the role of President. She was excited to help 888-LOG-GUYS expand their services to new areas, exceed customer expectations, and support their growing team.
Since that time, Nicole has immersed herself in all aspects of log home restoration training and trends and loves being involved in providing quality customer and employee experiences.

Stephanie Chapman is a devoted wife and loving mother to her two daughters, Kinzley and Ellie, as well as her son Oliver. With a joyful marriage of 14 years to her husband Greg, Stephanie cherishes her family above all else. When she's not busy tending to her children's needs, Stephanie enjoys immersing herself in the beauty of the outdoors, whether it be exploring nature, relaxing on sandy beaches, or simply basking in the sun. One of her greatest joys is cheering on her kids as they participate in various sports activities.
With a warm and friendly personality, Stephanie has cultivated a rich history in customer service, excelling in her passion for providing excellent service and ensuring the satisfaction of others. Her dedication to people-pleasing has earned her a reputation for going above and beyond to meet the needs and expectations of those around her.
