Bronwyn Norsworthy

Bronwyn has been working at AHBS since June 2004. In that time she has progressed from administration and data entry to Senior Account Manager. During this time she has studied and attained a Certificate 1V in Accounting. Over the years she has had a wide and varied portfolio of clients, mainly SME's in the areas of, but, not limited to retail, hospitality, trades and professional services. Bronwyn and her husband have their own painting and decorating partnership so has an understanding of the challenges and rewards of a small business. She loves to connect with her clients and understand their business needs and has had worked with some of her clients for 10+ years. Bronwyn also volunteers and as a bookkeeper seems to find herself as the treasurer for not for profit organisations. Bronwyn has 2 adult children and a large extended family. She works part-time and enjoys gardening and travelling in her spare time (with my co-workers)

Deanne Vardon

Deanne has been with AHBS collectively over 15 years and enjoys excellent working relationships with her clients. Offering support, practical solutions and planning. Being an advocate in utilising technology to streamline record keeping and compliance, Deanne gets great satisfaction in helping a client to grow their business with personalised systems to suit their unique requirements. Deanne is not frightened of a challenge if you have a problem file to get sorted or need a Budget and Plan for a new business start-up. Deanne has vast experience in Medical, Agriculture, Not for Profits, Real Estate, Wine Industry and in-voluntary Audit retrievals and will go above and beyond to help a client that is keen to develop their business.

James Symons

James commenced his employment at Adelaide & Hills Bookkeeping Services in August 2013 while completing his Bachelor of Commerce at The University of South Australia. Since the completion of his degree, James has taken on a number of clients as their Senior Account Manager. James has a strong focus on communication which results in the client having a greater understanding and trust of the financials of their business. Adapting to each individual clients needs is of an upmost importance to James with the forever ongoing change of business.

Jan Pyatt

Job Titles:

In another life and time, Jan was a full time carer for her two disabled sons. An advocate for the disability community, and at times, protesting and negotiating with the Government for more funding to achieve those goals. This has also enabled her sons to now live in their own supported housing. Jan has been working at AHBS since 2014. During that time has learned many new skills, working on MYOB & Reckon bookkeeping software, keeps the office running, assisting the staff when needed with all their administrative compliance. She is still involved in disability advocacy, and enjoys spending time with her sons. Jan also enjoys travelling with her husband, going to see live shows and walking along the beach.

Joann Galios

Joann Galios has over 25 years' experience in executive, finance, corporate business administration, accounting, project management, grants, investments, payroll, HR, software implementations/training and IT. Joann holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and extensive training relating to her areas of expertises. Joann held positions on various finance, development, software and leadership groups. Her experience exposure is across Large to Small enterprises, including Not for Profit, Professional Services, Accounting, IT Services & Software, Hospitality and Tourism, Health & Medical, Retail and Ecommerce, Property & Construction, Sporting and Marine, Global Banking & Investments, Agriculture, NDIS. Joann is a "hands on" dedicated leader, skilled communicator that includes delivery of innovated technical solutions and training. Joann is a highly diligent person when it comes to processors and procedures in finance and business decisions. She enjoys getting to know her clients and understanding their business needs. Joann resides with her husband and 2 teenage children, and has a large extended multicultural family. In her spare time Joann enjoys her coffee/brunch, relaxing in front of a sea view and planning the next destination she would love travelled too.

Mady Nelissen

With more than ten years working experience in an office and administration environment, Mady has acquired solid bookkeeping and office administration skills. She has relevant qualifications in Office/Retail Business and Bookkeeping Procedures and has worked in various industries and settings including Aboriginal Arts, Financial Advisors, Wine Makers Federation and Wholesale Farmers.

Megan Ritchie

As a Director of Adelaide & Hills Bookkeeping Services, Megan's primary focus is to help her clients build businesses that work for them with the best accounting software and procedures available. Navigating them through the necessary compliance to run a successful business. Megan has developed a reputation for taking the time to properly understand her clients and their businesses working with them to succeed. With over 30 years' experience in the finance and accounting sector as well as being a business owner for 22 years. Megan has built a wealth of practical knowledge that she shares with staff and clients.
