Lady Nkechi Nwogu

Lady Nkechi Nwogu was appointed as Assistant General Manager in July 2019. She joined the company in January 2003 and has served in various capacities as People Manager (September 2015) and Group Head, Human Resources & Admin (April 2018). Lady Nkechi Nwogu holds a Diploma in personnel management from university of Uyo, Akwa-Ibom State, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Imo State University, Owerri. She is also a professional Member of the Charted Institute of Personnel Managers of Nigeria (CIPMN).

Mr. Chijioke Steve Nwaimo

Chijioke .S. Nwaimo holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Nekede and B.Sc in Accountancy from Imo State University, Owerri. He is an Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Mr. Frank Nneji

Frank Nneji holds a B.Sc in Zoology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and has won many awards for his innovative and successful business initiatives, including the Fate Model Entrepreneur Award from Fate Foundation, and has undergone executive programmes at Wharton Business School, Philadelphia (USA) and Lagos Business School (Nigeria).

Mr. John Okoro

Job Titles:
  • Non - Executive Director
Mr. John Okoro is a non-executive Director and holds a Bachelor of Agriculture Degree in Agricultural Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, Osun State and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking & Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB) and also a seasoned Banker and worked for a period of 20 years for First Bank of Nigeria Plc in both senior and management levels. He is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Summertime International Ltd, a firm of financial consultants and business facilitators.

Mr. Jude Nneji

  • Deputy Managing Director
Mr. Jude Nneji is the Deputy Managing Director of ABC Transport Plc. He started his career with Rapido Ventures Limited after his graduation in Pharmacy from the University of Nigeria , Nsukka in 1990. He is also a 2002 graduate of the Advanced Management Programme run by the Lagos Business School ( Pan African University ). He has participated in various International Conferences relating to Logistics and Tourism. He joined ABC Plc. at inception as an Executive Director and oversees the company's operations in the Western Zone. He has been able to bring his wealth of experience in administration to bear in the smooth and more efficient running of the company. Jude Nneji is the Deputy Managing Director. He joined the Company at the inception as a director with a B.Sc in Pharmacy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also graduated from the Advanced Management Programme run by Lagos Business School. He currently oversees the company's operation in the Western zone, Lagos.

Mr. Kabiru Abdullahi Yusuf

Is a non- executive Director. He is the Editor-in-Chief and Chief Executive Officer of Media Trust Limited. He was a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Political Science, Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto and has worked in various media capacities as a columnist and commentator. He was the Editor, Daily Triumph; Executive Editor, Citizen Magazine; Foreign Correspondent, BBC Africa Service and TV Presenter, NTA Sokoto. He is widely traveled. In 1981, he won a graduate fellowship to Canada; a traveling grant to the United States in 1985 and a research grant to five Southern African countries in 1994. He holds a first degree in History & Political Science from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters Degree in Political Economy from the Univeristy of Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Olumide Obayomi

Mr. Olumide Obayomi is a non-executive Director. He joined African Capital Alliance (ACA), the holding company of Capital Alliance Nigeria, in July 1998. He brought his wealth of experience in accounting, financial reporting & control, taxation & general management both in the public and private sectors to the firm. He also has competences in financial modeling, , business valuation, strategic planning, business management & establishment and management of new businesses. He has an upward of 20 years post-degree experience including over 15 years experience in the financial services sector. Prior to joining ACA, Olumide had worked with the Ogun State University where he left in 1990 as a Principal Accountant. He was Assistant Chief Accountant in a multinational bank in Nigeria until 1993 when he joined a Nigerian investment group where he eventually had responsibility of the management of 2 non-bank financial institutions, a finance company and a mortgage institution. Olumide holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Finance. He is a Nigerian chartered accountant (FCA) and an associate of both Nigerian Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Taxation. He serves on the board of a number of Nigerian companies (including ABC Transport Plc.).

Mr. OYELAMI AYOOLA

Mr. Oyelami Ayoola is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the ABC Cargo Division. He holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from the Lagos State University (LASU), Master of Education (M.ED) in Curriculum & Religious Studies from University of Lagos (UNILAG), and Master in Business Administration & Management (MBA) in Strategic Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State. Before joining the company, Mr. Oyelami held several managerial positions in many courier service- based organisations. He was the Product Manager (Haulage) of the FedEx Red Star Express, Lagos (July 2005-July 2009). He was also the Business Development Head of Courier Plus (an IRL Company), Lagos (January-December 2010). Between April 2011 and May 2014, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Regulus Logistics Ltd in Lagos. His immediate past position was the Head of Commercials (Sales & Logistics) of the Trans-Nationwide Express Plc (TRANEX) Plc, Lagos. Ayo has attended various training programmes on logistics, planning, leadership, development and supply chain Management, amongst others. He is an Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing (ANIM) as well as the National Institute of Logistics &Transport Management.

Mr. Rex Okoro

Mr. Rex Okoro was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company effective 15th of July, 2018. He joined the company in 2008. He became the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2010. He was promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2013 and was further promoted to General Manager in 2016. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Prior to his appointment to the Board, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

Victor Nneji

Mr. Victor Nneji Joined the Management team on the 1st of September 2019 as a Senior Transport Manager (STM). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Business Enterprise from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Prior to joining the company, he had worked with the Energy & Power Division of the Fidelity Bank Plc.
