Deeply rooted in the glory of French cheese tradition, Mons Formation integrates hands-on practice, formal instruction, and classroom discussion to train cheese professionals... All courses are offered at Mons Fromager-Affineur's headquarters, in Saint-Haon-le-Ch tel, France, where participants work in the caves with Mons professionals.
