I have enjoyed the appraisal profession since 1986 when, immediately after having graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor's in Science Real Estate Degree, I was hired by AmeriFirst Savings & Loan Appraisal Company, which at the time, was the largest appraisal company in Florida. Throughout the following years, I have done work for numerous appraisal companies & have completed over 15,000 residential appraisals in the South Florida market, including; Martin, Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties. Besides having performed numerous appraisal assignments and/or review appraisals for financial institutions throughout the U.S.A., I have worked with attorneys and also represented various private parties as an expert court witness, divorce cases, PMI removal, Estate and Probate appraisals, as well as many other specified appraisal assignments.
